To me it looks like a conspiracy.They sell you an expensive sofa for less price.When you receive it ,it will be a completely false sofa.They wont refund money or replace it .You have to chose another options what they provide you and those are very cheap quality sofas.So you loose money and peace of mind. Never again.Be careful if you buy there.

Poor poor after service. We have a problem with the 'relax'system no longer working.. no one answers the phone at the store in Dortmund and no response from the website contact/message portal.. paid over €1200 for our sofa and am not able to recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy...

My husband and I went to Seats and Sofas in Wiesbaden (last week of December) I cannot give a Review of delivery or the soafs yet because it will take 4 weeks for the delivery..so the first part of my review is about the shop and staff. Lovely atmosphere, we were given advice yet we had a chance to sit down by ourselves and discuss (without selling pressure) We decided to buy 2 fake leather sofas (3 seater..fake because of our cats) We were offered a cup of coffee from very pleasant workers. The shop was easy to find, good parking. Shop floor was open..clean and not cramped. I went to this shop because a good friend of mine (Thanks Andreas) who also bought his couches from there in November..we refused the offer of a free couch till ours were delivered because we still have our old ones. I highly recommend Seats and Sofas. When they arrive I will continue my review. Facit.. shop:5 Stars. Workers:10 stars :) Sofas..amazing..PART TWO: Our Sofas arrived end of February. We received a phonecall to say when the delivery would take place. It was not only delivered. It was carried upstairs and put together..all the packing materials were taken away. They look lovely. Exactly what we wanted. Quality very good..seams straight, Zippers inline. We are very happy we chose to go to Wiesbaden. Thanks again from my family (Parotat) and 2 cats :)
