Terrible thieves
We ordered a sofa 1 month ago with my husband, they talked us into a very good offer, they didn't understand we don't want to buy it right now. The seller gave better and better offers, just to force us.Every document was ready. Then they told us to wait again, and again, we sent mails, we visited them but they couldn't even reply to our mail to tell us what happened. 1 month has passed, we had to go again to their store, and then they told us that our order is not accepted and they charged us with 700+ € if we cancel the order. I am asking: What the focking hell??? They dont even bother to say "Sorry, but we couldn't accept your order".Disgusting customer service, we're going to solve this with a lawyer.
