I was worried to find my password had …

I was worried to find my password had already been taken. But it appears I had taken it myself, and was able to create a new password. Apart from that initial worry, the emails providing the order number, before receiving the e-tickets, was reassuring. Then the e-tickets arrived within a few days, so that was reassuring to.

To be honest, it was my first time buying an online ticket at a very inflated price, and I didn't have the same no question trust in the ticket that I would have if had I bought a hard copy ticket at a retail outlet. But in the end there was absolutely no issue about the e-ticket when I arrived at the venue, and other fans were producing similar e-tickets.

Find it very hard to love this company.

Find it very hard to love this company.
Purchased once from them & wouldn't again.
Though they provide tickets on gigs sold out, one can't help wonder how much they are in league with the companies that sell the tickets.
In addition, I was astounded at the mark ups on the cost, above & beyond what the vendor was asking.
Can't help but feel taken advantage of in a vulnerable situation.

The prices of tickets are set by their individual seller at the price they want to sell the ticket for. Sellers will often compete with each other to sell their tickets – so you can take advantage of the best price at the time of purchase.

We always display the face value including all fees during the checkout process so you can make an informed decision.

Great idea - in theory

Seatwave is a great idea in theory, and for those who use it properly, it's brilliant! However, it provides easy targets for people who bulk buy popular concert tickets in order to sell them at a much higher price to desperate fans. If better regulated, it'd be the perfect site.

Deceitful dishonest company who don’t acknowledge complaints

We were deceived by Ticketmaster and duped into buying wrong tickets.
The tickets were a gift which was an embarrassing experience.
I wrote a letter of complaint to Ticketmaster and didn’t even have a reply.
I hated dealing with them

I purchased my tickets my first time …

I purchased my tickets my first time using the site so was nervous. Ok I paid extra and a larger service charge which is not nice but I really wanted to attend the gig. Anyhow I received my tickets via site within 24hrs , printed them off so was ready to go. Tickets scanned perfect on door with no hassle .., I would use again

I found the site difficult to use and …

I found the site difficult to use and overly complicated when it came to ticket delivery specifics, this meant that in the end I was unable to complete my transaction.

While it was good to get seats for …

While it was good to get seats for Steely Dan which was sold out, when paying 250% more than the listed price I had hoped the seats would be at a good or very good location in the 3 Arena. However, the seats were in the second last row. This meant there was no chance of seeing the singers except through the screens.

Confusing Seller/Buyer Arrangement

I recently placed tickets online to sell however I didn't realise a clause where the seller becomes seatwave as soon as the ticket is placed on the website. This is confusing as all other re-sellers notify you of a potential buyer and let you the seller agree a sale if your happy with the price. I understand this is a term I presumably signed up to but its just a general comment to notify potential future users of the website. I unfortunately disagree with this system, thank you for selling the ticket but I wont be using seatwave again for this reason.

Seatwave is very easy use

Seatwave is very easy use, tickets are 100% genuine. Was very happy with my experience. The only thing is that some tickets can be very expensive, but at least you're sure they are real.

As I said before it is not fair for people to buy 10 tickets at a time Annie one person should be only be able to buy two tickets at a time and not be able to sell them at five times or four times their face value

Reliable Service

I have used Seatwave a couple of times and have never had any problems.I always get my tickets on time and if I ever have any questions they always get answered by the staff quickly.I would definitely use them again.

A subsidiary of Ticketmaster made to boost up the prices of tickets, I went to the ticket sales about 5 minutes after they were released and they had all already gone to Seatwave and ended up paying double the price for my ticket.

No refund policies on rescheduled concerts

Sorry guys, but the main reason why I'm rating 2 stars is that you offer no refund policies for rescheduled concerts, this happened to the RHCP concert in Dublin.

Since we don’t own the tickets, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund on your booking unless the event is cancelled entirely and the event organisers offering a refund

Terrible service

Terrible service, booking fee is ridiculous and service only further encourages resellers to buy and resell tickets

The worst service ever received

The refunding service is a fraud when it comes to Seatwave, and the service received was far from their motto "Customers satisfaction is really important to us", and I felt like my money, around 300 EUR, was stolen. So disappointed that I would recommend everybody not to use their service, ever.

I just wonder how Seatwave can even mention above without checking any purchase data specifically mentioned in my comment (though EOS Claims LLP was the one who dealt with this claim representing Seatwave IE). My order # is "1932368". If Seatwave can provide me with any further support on this from this stage, I would be surprised and grateful.

Good service but limits should be set …

Good service but limits should be set on the prices people can put on their tickets. Unfair to charge way over cost price for the tickets should be max 50-100 euro limit on charging over the cost price. Also the service charge should be reduced.
