Seatwave I couldn't fault
Seatwave I couldn't fault. Only small thing was the wait for the tickets to be uploaded puts some doubt in your mind but it was all fine.
Only comment was that the seats I were sold were awful. They should not have been allowed to sell tickets to a comedy gig for were we where sitting.
Excellent
Excellent - tickets arrived straight away and save on the site, in your profile as a PDF. Will use again.

Had to queue up at incidents for 45 minutes because they said that my ticket was a fraud ticket because apparently I had already been let into the event. However on logging on to my Seatwave account it appeared that the barcode on the ticket that I downloaded again was different to the one that I produced at the event. I ended up missin George Ezra and The Lunineers and am really disappointed that you could make a mistake like that

Never recieved Download-able tickets
I purchased two sets of two tickets that were supposed to be download tickets. The first set I was given a link to download just fine within 48 hours. The second set I NEVER received. I contacted them multiple times asking where my download-able tickets were and they kept telling me to wait for them. They would not refund my tickets. I finally had to contact my credit card company to fight this charge for something I never received. About a day before the concert (that I had already flown to Dublin for from the US) I get an email that they now were going to send paper tickets and wanted the address to mail them to. MASSIVE FAIL. Never received anything.
Do not purchase from these guys.

Over all good experience
Over all good experience. I though the seat map wasn't as accurate as I would have liked in regard to stage layout.
Exorbitant mark up
300% mark up on face value of tickets.. Ticketmaster tout.

It worked fine
It worked fine. But the feeling of multiple reselling of the same ticket is bad. The service fee is very high!! It should have a cap or a fixed monetary amount.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! I had an issue as we were traveling from the states and wanted to see Eddie Vedder when we were in Dublin. The seatwave team was extremely responsive and ultimately helpful. I hope I have the opportunity to use their services again!!

I paid way over the price for my tickets. Two tickets to cold play concert cost me 640 euro.
People beside us only paid 170 euro for two tickets.
I feel we were ripped off big time. wont be using seat wave again.

I got really great seats
I got really great seats. It was a little more expensive than I thought but I did get great seats. I live in Canada and I bought tickets to Areosmith in Dublin. I was a little scared I might have a problem with my tickets. However, no issues at all I got right in. The staff at 3 arena were very friendly and my entire experience was very memorable.
I bought tickets on Seatwave for the Coldplay concert in Dublin, Ireland
I bought tickets on Seatwave for the Coldplay concert in Dublin, Ireland in July 2017.
In fairness the transaction was very smooth and all went well, including an excellent concert, but I still have to mention the exorbitant cost for the tickets. It's disingenuous for Ticketmaster/Seatwave to say that the seller decides on the cost, as Ticketmaster/Seatwave take huge commission from both the seller and the buyer, which are ethically way over the top and make a laughing stock of any attempt to cut down on touting.
I paid double the normal price for my tickets, which of course was my own decision, but a large proportion of the cost was purchase commission to Seatwave.
So the service is good and I will probably use it again on occasion, but the commission percentages are ridiculous.
Bucket List Dream Accomplished
I'm grateful Seatwave was available to make my bucket list dream come true if seeing @U2 in #Ireland. The price was reasonable and the seat was FANTASTIC. I recommend to everyone. Because of Seatwave, sold out doesn't mean there isn't a chance!
U2 in Dublin
A little un-nerving buying tickets and then flying from Canada to Ireland to see U2 especially when the tickets had someone else's name on them but everything came off without a hitch. Definitely would do this again.

The service is fine but the fees are outrageous.
Seatwave is basically doing what ticket touts have been doing for ages which is ironic since the service is supposed to help fans avoid them. I wouldn't mind paying 10€ for the service. 57.98€ commission + 4.95€ ticket handling is too much.

Peace of mind at a competitive market price
I was really happy with my Seatwave ticket experience, especially as I was buying the concert tickets as a gift it was so reassuring to know that my purchase was protected from fraud and I could take out extra insurance in case they couldn't travel at the time to attend the event.
Seatwave cheated me
Seatwave cheated me, I paid for services which I never received later on. Setawave then, rejected any resposnibilty, said it is the Party which have sold the tickets. Obviously Seatwave allows dubious traders to betray customers.

Great business idea, fueling an ill culture in Ireland.
Seatwave is a great idea. I appreciate that when there is a sold out concert I always have another option to buy tickets on. Unfortunately in Ireland, our venues are quite small compared to the demand of people that want to go to these concerts. Plus, big acts see Ireland as a 1 night stop on their tours most of the time so a second date is rarely added here. Sadly, seatwave, as much as it is helpful, has contributed to this "touting" culture. Touts can now buy 9 tickets and upload them instantly on seatwave for twice , mostly more, the price they bought them for. Seatwave is a good idea and I've never encountered any problems. I guess it's just the growing tout culture in Ireland that makes me slightly frustrated with Seatwave. A website powered by the business that provides the tickets themselves (Ticketmaster) that makes profit from touts exploiting people who are desperate to see their favourite acts in Ireland. That and the service charges, they are a bit ridiculous.
