Customer service is just outstanding. I mean, above and beyond. Seawater Pro does a good job of navigating the cost/benefit discussion on water makers. Are there cheaper ways to build a water maker? Sure. But there are some places that you just don't want to cut corners to save a buck or two. In our case, we did additional upgrades on our own. But all in all, a great solution. And again, fantastic support.

Looks like a great product and they are very accommodating to my needs.

I ordered this on very short notice the day after Christmas in the US Virgin Islands it was delivered 3 days later. I installed it over a few days in Saint Martin (our next stop with lots of marine stores). Everything I needed was in the box minus a few plumbing fittings to plumb it into my thru hull and into my water tank. I also installed an hour meter on it to monitor maintenance and calculator my overall cost per gallon.

I’ve now run the system for about 10 hours and saved myself two marina fill up trips AND my wife Run the washing machine on the boat AND I can take a hot shower that lasts more than 30 seconds.

Great stuff. The modular system may be a bit of work up front but you will know the system and be able to fix it later.

Can’t wait to put 700 hours on this thing where I break even. ;)

Amazing responsiveness.

Very responsive to questions/inquiries. I still haven’t started it up yet. Install is now complete but waiting to get out into some saltwater to test.

Very fast delicery

Mike is always so helpful when I have a question. Three years on my system and no real issues. Makes 20-22 gal per hour so we only need to start it up once every 2-3 days for an hour or so.

Best Watermaker for anyone that is a little handy.

We discovered this company at the Annapolis Boat show this year (2022) We were very excited about purchasing one of their portable water makers. Because of some supply issues and timing on our part (we were leaving for the Bahamas) we were unable to get the unit with the new motor. The one thing we were surprised about; we had to chase them down to buy one of their portable water makers. We sent a few emails, called them and even showed up at the warehouse. Usually it's the company hounding you to buy their product. When we finally did get our portable water maker we were given a quick introduction to the unit and sent on our way without any reference material. We were told every thing we needed was online and they were there any time we needed support. We wish we would have received some reference material to review with the unit.

Unit was shipped and arrived within a very short time frame as promised. Missing o-ring hampered our install, but replacement was shipped out and arrived overnight. Now producing amazing water in the Antilles!
