Absolutely Top Notch Service
I ordered 2 parts from Mike and it arrived the next day...but the carrier only delivered 1. I waited a few days later to call him back hoping the one missing part would show up but never did.
I was talking to him on the phone and told him the situation and he called out to one of his workers and told him to get this order out TODAY. In about an hour after our conversation I saw an email that my order had been processed and a short time later I received a shipment confirmation.
Got said part next day.
The crew from SV BOOBY TRAP is very happy with the quick and responsive service from SEAWATER PRO.

Hi,
Well, I only gave ypu 4 stars because I orders a part and paid $38 for 2 day delivery. But, I wasn't informed that the part was put of stock. I was sent a prompt email after I inquired about the part. The way things are I understand about things being out of stock. But, it would have been help if it said that when I ordered it or if I was notified. Otherwise, everything is great. Just being truthful. Thank you. Love the water mater. Excited to get it running again when I get the booster pump. Derek

Seawater pro is the best
Seawater pro is the best! Mike is very helpful and available. I make the best water 70ppm average. All the components are quality and I was able to fit them in a way that preserved storage space on the boat. Having fresh water anywhere is very liberating. Do it!
