We ordered two beautiful jackets, one in Ivory with a black lapel for the groom and another in champagne with a champagne Lapel for a New Year's Eve party. They fit true to size, with no alterations. The design was elegant, and the fabrics were really beautiful.

I love the aesthetics of the brand, but I had an issue with my last purchase. The fabric started to fray after a couple of washes. Customer service was responsive, though, and helped me with a return.

My order was returned by the postal service for an unknown reason (The address provided was correct). I have called the customer service number several times and sent follow-up emails with no responses. It has been almost 2 months and it looks as though the company has taken the stance that If we keep ignoring him, hopefully, he will go away. This has been a very frustrating process and it looks like my next move is to have AMEX open an investigation since I purchased the jacket with them.
