Total scam company! I spent over $2k on product and still never received my full order. It’s been months now. Every time I contact them they completely ignore me. Not to mention, before I purchased through their site, which is glitchy as all heck (should have been a sign to not order from them), they promised me I would have no problem returning my order. That was my main concern before I ordered as I spoke with someone at their main phone number and they said no problem on returning. They’ve given me nothing but problems and treat me like I’m a criminal and liar.

It’s come to the point that now, they won’t even email or contact me back. Been several weeks and nothing from them.

I did receive some of my order and the quality of their product is terrible. Worst shirts I’ve ever purchased. Material is very low grade and wrinkles so easily. Nothing like Eton or other higher end brands.

They still won’t fulfill my full order. It’s easy for them to take your money then completely ignore and not send what you ordered. Even though they promised I wouldn’t have any issues if the jacket didn’t work out, I’ve had nothing but issues with them and now they won’t event communicate with me. I filed a fraud case with my bank and the Better Business Bureau.

Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Terrible quality materials. STAY AWAY!

Watch, owner is going to reply saying they delivered my order. Several items are still missing. As of today, still missing my full order. If this isn’t a scam and fraud, what is? If you’re ghosting me and ignoring my inquires, at least send me what I paid for. Stay away from this fraudulent company.

They know who I am and are pissed that I am showing YOU, who THEY really are. I was a customer, and now after this experience with them, an infuriated one, one who was lied to on many occasions.

Here’s my order number #13543, but of course thet already know this. I have scores and scores of email with them, until they completely blocked me on all social media and stopped responding. They are trying to say now that I’m not a customer, because they can’t get THIS review removed. THATS ANOTHER LIE! Do you see now how they work?!

All smoke and mirrors. Their website has all 5-star reviews because they scrub and delete all the negative reviews. But here on Trustpilot, you can’t do that. They tried to claim my review was illegal and against this platforms terms. They had Trustpilot start an investigation, to which Trustpilot came back and said there was nothing in my review that was against their policies. I told the truth and Sebastian Cruz, a scam company, tried to hide the truth, again, by now, lying to you and saying they don’t know who I am and that I’m the scammer. You see their tactics ladies and gentlemen?

I wish I would have looked at all these negative reviews here on Trustpilot, as I would have never fallen for their fraudulent ways. My bad. Don’t make my same mistake.

This all could have been resolved. I was promised I could return my items, the ones I received that is ( I’m still missing my whole order, hey Sebastian Cruz, where are the rest of my items??? Still missing the pants and vest), but all a moot point at this point as their quality of items is very subpar and they don’t want to finish fulfilling my order because they’re trying to get back at me for the reviews I’m posting on different platforms.

We didn’t have to go through all this, and you can still resolve this issue. Just keep up with your promise of me returning the items I have. Super simple, but I guess this was a necessary evil for me to go through so that YOU, the reader can think twice before giving Sebastian Cruz your money, and receiving subpar quality items, or never receiving your item even at all.

Sebastian Cruz, you have all my info. You have my email chain. You have my cell phone number, we’ve texted back and forth a million times. Just contact me back, like a good company and resolve this.

Until then, everyone here must know how bad you treat your customers and how scammy you really are. I await your next reply, which of course will have another lie.

I received this order, but the two orders from last year I did not get.

I ordered a very expensive jacket. When it arrived, it wasn't my vibe. It's hard on the internet. I never wore it and asked to exchange it and was told no.

SCAM ALERT! Ok if you are on the fence about buying a suit from these people please don’t. Just like the majority are saying this place is a SCAM! I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s one guy living in an apartment running this business. They told me they had fabric in stock and to hurry up and make the purchase so I could receive my suit within 15 days. I do it and a week goes by no word from this place 2 weeks and still no word so I email. No reply. So I text and I’m told the fabric wasn’t in stock when I ordered it and it would be ready mid may. It is now past mid may and not a word from these people. Please don’t give them any of your money. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

To your reply you guys told me you had the fabric when you didn’t. You are a scam and hope the BBB looks into you guys as I have filed a complaint. You told me to order and you had the fabric then you sold out. Haha your a joke and a clown. Please buyers stay away from this sham artist.
