SCAM ALERT! Ok if you are on the fence about buying a suit from these people please don’t. Just like the majority are saying this place is a SCAM! I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s one guy living in an apartment running this business. They told me they had fabric in stock and to hurry up and make the purchase so I could receive my suit within 15 days. I do it and a week goes by no word from this place 2 weeks and still no word so I email. No reply. So I text and I’m told the fabric wasn’t in stock when I ordered it and it would be ready mid may. It is now past mid may and not a word from these people. Please don’t give them any of your money. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

To your reply you guys told me you had the fabric when you didn’t. You are a scam and hope the BBB looks into you guys as I have filed a complaint. You told me to order and you had the fabric then you sold out. Haha your a joke and a clown. Please buyers stay away from this sham artist.

There was constant communication. When I needed it sooner they let me know how to get it sooner.

I had ordered a black long sleeved shirt from them, and it arrived fairly quickly. However it was the wrong size, and they only allow 7 days for either refunds or exchanges which I find to be a little unrealistic. I had sent an email and never got anything back.

We ordered our wedding suit 5-6 months in advance. We have consistently received excuses for delays in the production process. Weeks will go by with no communication/updates from the company until I reach out, only to receive another excuse/delay. We had our hearts set on this suit for our wedding which we think will not even be delivered in time for our wedding now. For context, we ordered in November 2023 and by the end of March 2024 (when the company said they would have it to us for fittings/alterations) we have still not received it for our May 2024 wedding.

I have to write this review because it still annoys me to this day. I bought a white embossed tuxedo jacket from here for my wedding in 2017. Was told by the owner himself that the fabric comes for Lake Como which made me want it more, as I was getting married there. Took way to long to be delivered, but also I live in the Uk the delivery came from China, not the US where it is supposedly hand made. When I asked why they this was one of their fulfilment centres. So clearly the products are made in China, as it makes not economical sense to make it in the US and ship it to UK via China. Then when it arrived it came with no pocket square as promised I had the owners number so messaged him about this and other questions and was just completely ignored. Then after my wedding I find the same Jacket on the Chinese website alibaba for $50. This company is a complete scam, avoid at all costs.

Your a big fabricator you told lies the 5 paragraphs thru but I understand you feel as long as you respond it might help you just take people money ..

Nice pocket square. Nothing really "Over The Top" in regards to being different than other vendors. Definitely not worth $160.

clothing wasn't quality I expected, return policy is ridiculous - charging $300 "restocking" fee for shoe return. LOOK at online retailer REVOLVE and learn from them! Furthermore, I Didn't receive the order for almost a month late.
WILL NEVER USE this retailer again and will make sure this goes viral!

I'm not sure what the deal is with this company because they have a beautiful website and social media but their customer service is a real scam. Notice there are several poor reviews regarding their service and the quality and the business likes to respond by insulting the customer. We placed 2 orders and forgot about the first one before we realized nearly 2 months have passed and we've heard nothing from the company. My husband placed another order (before he realized we hadn't gotten the first one) for a suit that we needed for an event the next month. Their website says 8-12 business day turnaround and the event was approaching. We call customer service and they only give you the runaround and say "we will contact you back in 24-48 hours". Then we hear nothing back. We paid over $2400 for a suit and shoes and ended up having to file a dispute with our credit card. DO NOT BUY!!!!

I've been a long-standing customer with Sebastian Cruz Couture, even having bought a full Tuxedo from them for several grande.

The last 2 purchases have each been a scarf, and their customer service tried to lie to me about why it was taking so long to ship, pretending it was being custom-made for me... but even that wasn't enough for me to write this review.

This last purchase, it took a month to get to me and when it did, it was the wrong item. I reached out immediately, and it's been a week with no response, and then they asked me to "rate my experience", so here i am.

For as expensive as their products are, they sure don't seem to care about customer retention.

Since I'm writing a review, be careful having them make you a custom suit. Despite having multiple people measure me, they made the pants EXTREMELY tight and they're painful to wear.

I have always wanted a suit from Sabastians, thank God for Black Friday! I got the suit I wanted at half price!! I'm getting married in September 2024, can't wait to put that suit on!!! Thank you Sabastian!!

Could someone please give me and accurate address on these people because I’m trying to serve them as I was ripped off as well. Sent them my measurements and they were all completely wrong. I tried to cancel my order just after 15 minutes of purchase. They gave me the run around kept telling me no one was available to speak to me. Then I was told to email the company and it would take 48 hours to get back to me. How can a store that sell expensive merchandise have poor customer service. Never again!

Easy ordering, measurements were perfect for custom fit. Quality is better than I had expected.

I originally ordered the emerald Brillo jacket, vest, and trousers for my wedding and I ordered the wrong sizes. I spoke to Natasha and addressed my concerns due to me being on a time stamp. They were able to exchange my suit and I received it promptly to still be able to get it tailored to how I want it. The only thing was they didn’t have anymore fabric of the Brillo in emerald which I loved and gave me a few options to pick from. I picked the Rosa and was satisfied as it is very classy. More importantly my soon to be wife loved it. Needless to say I had a good experience regardless of the hiccups.

Ordered $1400.00 worth of clothes for a bachelor party in Vegas, clothes never came in the time it said it would. Extremely slow shipping and not even close to the time frame they give. It ended up attempting to get delivered while i was in las vegas for the event and sent back. I never received the item, I reached out many times to still try to get it even though I had no use for it and the company claimed they did not have it and to contact the shipping company ( ups ). The shipping company says they got the items back and even signed for it yet sebastian company claims they no longer have it and won’t issue a credit or refund. I attempted to dispute it but the company lied and said the order was delivered. This is a very shady and unprofessional company to buy from, buyer beware as I should of done more research before using them.

I DECIDED TO CANCEL SUNDAY REASON BEING I DONT FEEL COMFROTABLE TO ORDER SOMETHING COSTUM MAKE SUIT AND NOT TRYING ON OR HAVING FITTING ESPECIALLY IF YOU PAY ALMOST 1800.00$ THE TELL ME AFFTER TWO DAYS OF ORDER IN WEEKEND THEY CANNOT GIVE MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE THEY ALEARDY HAVE MATERIAL CUT FOR SUIT. MY QUESTION IS HOW YOU CANT CUT ANYTHING IF YOU DONT HAVE ANY OF MY CUSTOM MEASURMENTS FROM TWO DAY S FROM ORDER LIAR AND CROOKS

The best custom suits all around quality really good colors design etc… I highly recommend them!!
