I ordered a full custom tailored suit with a shirt for an important party NY. After communicating with this company I was told I would receive it on time. I did receive my suit but they had no answers on my shirt. I asked them to cancel the shirt unless they can get it to me on time in NY. I live in Florida and after two weeks already back home they sent it to NY anyways. A friend had to ship the shirt to me and was way to big and not to my measurements. I reached out to them and they did absolutely nothing about it. Poor communication and customer service skills.

After a true headache, I was able to order a suit for an extremely important occasion. I ordered a pair of shoes with my order in case I couldn’t find others. After finding a pair of shoes the next day, I emailed and made a phone call to cancel the shoe order. Two weeks later, the shoes showed up to my door, and I was charged for them. After several back-and-forth conversations, I am stuck with a pair of shoes that cost over $1,000 and I haven’t a thing to show for them because no one knows what Sebastian Cruz even is. Furthermore, the vest that came with the suit had a pull in it upon arrival.

They made the suit in a material that did not resemble what I ordered. I wrote them 3 times to try to return and they never wrote me back. I have proceeded to stop payment on my AMEX and am having them help sort this out.

The orders took over 2 months to ship, not the 8-12 days promised. The suits were large and required significant tailoring. Customer service is responsive but didn’t do much besides give excuses. Suit fabric is cool and tall collar on shirts also a unique touch. Rear vent in jacket was too wide and had to be tailored narrower. Overall, I would go to Saks instead of doing this again. The stress of getting these two months late and almost missing my wedding was too much. You can get a nice suit for $1200 a piece from a reliable vendor.

I have been waiting on a shirt purchased from this company a year ago, and still have not received it. Furthermore, I had to constantly check on it when it didn’t arrive. Never once did they reach out to me to let me know of any delay. Now, almost one year later, they’re not taking my phone calls, text messages, emails, or attempts to get a reply through the customer service website. To add more, when writing a comment on social media, they delete the negative comments, and now, have gone as far as blocking me on social media. This is absolute pathetic customer service, especially from a company that charges these prices for clothing. I only wear high-end designer clothing, and have never experienced this. BEWARE…

I’m so sorry you are having this issue and your shirt never got shipped to you. I will double check with the factory but I believe this Fabric has been out of stock and that is the reason it never went out. Would you like to change for a different shirt fabric? If not, we can certainly issue a refund for the shirt. I apologize once again for the inconvenience.

Communication was great, suit arrived just in time for my husband's 40th birthday party.

I bought a complete dinner suit, waste coast, pant, cuff links, belt, signature border and 3 dress shirts from this seller but unfortunately the shirts arm length are way too short for me ( ORDER # 11340) and I contacted this seller multiple times via emails, phone calls and text messaging in order to make exchange but none of my messages was acknowledged, all my messages were completely ignored, I couldn’t comprehend how one could spend thousands of dollars on merchandise and the seller wouldn’t accommodate an exchange for the ones that weren’t satisfactory, I wasn’t even asking for a refund but still this seller wouldn’t attend to me, I would advice everyone to not have anything to do with this seller, they are so greedy and fraudulent that they would not even make exchange for orders that aren’t satisfactory. I will NEVER patronize this horrible seller whose products are highly overpriced despite the facts that the materials used for their products and their pathetic customer service are not worth the price.

I have sent 2 emails referencing my order#11372 with no response. I emailed to the listed email address that came with my order. I am yet to receive a response. In short I rated you based on your services provided before and after your product was delivered. By the way, the shirt is a bit tight and sleeve length is even with jacket sleeve. I expected sleeve length to be a bit longer to show cuff links?

The quality of the material wasnt what I expected. It was well below. It took a VERY long time to arrive. It didn't look like the same material as the photo, and it didn't fit. A complete disappointment.

I ordered a bunch of stuff for a party on January 3rd.
its December 30th and I still have not received all my items. My order was 11/26 where I expressed the importance to receive everything the last week of July. So in summary I spent over $3,000 to wear something nice for a very important work party and now I don't know what I am going to do. Epic fail

Do not buy suits from these scammers. Paid over 2k for a suit for my holiday party suit can wrong size and the shirt did not arrive until 2 weeks after!!! The customer service people are clowns! And they dont do a refund they give store credit forcing you to buy more of their crappy suits. Also the clothes come dirty and smells. You have been warned do not do business with these people

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Material super cheap not worth $1600 feels cheaper than amazon suits! You can literally see through the pants. Customer service sucks! They hung up because they needed to answer other phone calls as if my call wasnt important. Said they would call back and havent received a phone call after 3 calls. One of the emails they stated to take to my local tailor, why would I pay a tailor if suit was ordered "custom sizing" and even then suit was beyond tailor modification. Stopped replying emails. Sales rep Tom NEVER replied, but when it came to me ordering he was available 24/7. Posted a comment on instagram and blocked me haha DO NOT get scammed by these people! Wish i wouldve read these reviews before.

I placed an order for 2 jackets, pants, a shirt, bowtie, and handkerchiefs on August 27th 2022. I received my order on Sept 27, 2022. It literally took a month. The clothing was a big let down. It does not look nearly as nice as the website. My biggest issue was all the items sent were so small that 2 tailors told me there was not enough material at the seams to alter. The Sebastian Cruz site states that all their seams have an extra 4" of material. My tailor showed me there was less than half an inch. Sebastian Cruz wants to charge me a 20% restocking fee for sending me the wrong items. I checked the garment size tag to see if it was the size I ordered. Sebastian Cruz jackets conveniently don't have size tags. I would not recommend buying from them for the following reasons:
1) You will wait a long time for your order
2) Your order will not be right
3) You will have to pay huge fees to return your order
4) The clothes and fabric do not look nearly as nice as they do online.

Super awesome customer service! Had a rush order, called to see if they could meet my deadline…and they confirmed. I received shirt a few days before the event and was so pleased with the shirt and the service!!! Thanks so much everyone!!

I received everything together, and it looked exactly how the picture presented it. Only thing is everything took much longer then the 8-12 business days to get a tracking number and no updates were provided until I reached out. After doing that I was responded to right away, and was provided an update. Order was to much about a week or two later which was great!

This was an awesome experience. Their response to any questions I had were answered quickly. I will order from them again. The money is worth it. My order came in a timely manner. Thank you Sebastian Cruz you are amazing.
