All good so far. Received the iPad Pro 2018 the day after I ordered it. It was in a v good condition. It was a gift for my son in the USA so I will see how it gets on with it. I already have an iPad Pro 2018 so was confident in the actual product. Will be happy to buy from this company again.

Bought a iPhone 13 in excellent condition grade a. The grading was a bit generous as there was a small chip in the frame other than that there was only light scratches. The battery health was at 89% which I think is fine for a used phone.

My opinion is that I would recommend second-handphones to any one looking for a used phone

I've bought 2 amazing quality phones from this seller before. One was a Samsung Galaxy A71 in 'Very Good' condition, along with a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G also in 'Very Good' condition.

Both of these phones were the best phones I daily drived before I switched. (Galaxy A71 -> Note 20 Ultra). Both phones when delivered were in pristine condition, I'm astounded by how top-tier quality the phones were. 100% recommend buying from them if you want good bang-for-your-buck phones! :)

I received the oppo n2 flip today, it was well packaged and came with charger cable, SIM pokey thing and QC certificate, iv gone over the phone and can't find any flaws anywhere, after setting the phone up and spending a few hours playing with it I can't fault it, I have a pixel 7 that I got new and I have to say the oppo is far better, it's fun to use and in perfect condition.
I'd definitely recommend getting a phone from here.

Their 'warranty' doesn't mean a thing. There's a reason this crowd are cheaper than most. For warranty claims they make seller pay postage both ways regardless if they sold you a defective item or not which they did to me. My phone didn't wireless charge and they tried to fob me off with it needed a to be a different wireless charger than what I was using hoping I would go away. When I tried the so called required wireless charger they suggested it still wouldn't work. Before sending it off for a warranty repair I said there was a slight crack at the top of the phone and they as good as blamed this on the reason why the wireless charge wouldn't work without even looking at it 😂 If you want cheap phones without a warranty use these people but after you buy that phone don't expect them to give a toss about any issues afterwards because they won't accept any blame and they'll make you pay for the privelage of them looking at the defective phone they sold you. Used them for years and will never use them again!!

The phone was delivered next day, unfortunately it had a fault, very helpful desk staff, phone returned with minimal delay Debt cancelled so bought another of same model, delivered next day and works fine

I have used Second Handphones over many years and recommended it to many people who have also had good experiences. The website is clear and easy to use, the information is well written and the after service, if needed, is very good. They answer the phone!

I needed a secondary phone to use in my car. I decided to go for a Grade B "Very Good" as there was nothing better at the time for the model I love. What I received was a BENT phone, with very noticeable "trenches" on the corners, like somebody would use a rough saw on it. The box was not damaged that means that they sent the phone bent like this to me.
I won't recommend them after such mailing.

Where do I start! do not buy from this company! I purchased a Samsung galaxy zfold 4 in April 2023, its now July 23 and the phone broke, I sent it back under warranty and I had to pay the £8.95 special delivery fee to return it.

Once they got It back they agreed to replace it as it couldn't be repaired but I had to pay more money because they didn't have the same spec, I asked for a refund and they said no, exchange only and I had to choose something up to the value of £729.99 which is what I paid, I wanted the fold, there is no alternative!

They had a higher spec model that was £80 more, I negotiated it down to £50 and it arrived the next day, they also charged me AGAIN to send the new phone back to me! so now I've paid to return mine and for them to send me the new one, in what world does that make sense?

The new phone was in terrible condition, screen was damaged and after using it for 24 hours realised the battery is Donald ducked. I emailed to complain and was told that it was grade B just like my old phone but what happened was, I was 'Lucky' that my old phone was more of a grade A than a grade B!! is that my fault that you mis-rated the first phone I got from you? I explained that my last phone that I sent back was much cleaner but they didn't care, also told them the battery on this one isn't good and again they said that's wear and tear.

Let me just add, they offered NO Compensation re postage costs, no offer of sending me another screen so I could get someone to change it, nothing for the inconvenience this has caused me.

Oh BTW, my 12 month 'warranty' doesn't renew with this new phone, it still stands from April, how does that work? its a completely different phone and could have different issues. basically I now have 9 months warranty on this phone.

Personally I think if it's a new handset you should start the warranty period again.

Avoid this company at all costs, the pictures on their website are not of actual phone, just stock pictures, that's because they know if they took pics of actual condition of the phones they'd never sell them.

This could have all been resolved if they were genuine and at least tried to help.

Phone is like new apart from tiny scratches on raised metal bezel around lens. Arrived pronto next day.

Excellent as new phone for a great price with quick delivery :) Will probably be back in a few years for my next 'new' phone.
