Having received the phone I ordered,I quickly realised I had ordered the wrong phone. I spoke to Eleanor in customer services who was very understanding.It was agreed that I return the phone and Eleanor was to despatch the phone I really wanted. All this was done very easily and with no extra cost to myself.
I am now using my new S20 5G and love it. Definetly worth a 5star review
as Eleanor was so knowledgeable and helpful.

I ordered a device from this company and it was delivered the next day as promised. A+++ condition as stated on the website was a massive understatement - the device didn't have a scratch, scuff or mark on it whatsoever. However, the test sheet said that the battery health was at 98% with 0 cycles - in real use, using several third-party open-source battery evaluation apps, it seems like the battery is closer to 85-90% (5000mAh from new, 4,309mAh current). However that isn't a dealbreaker and the battery life is still very good when taking the cost and condition of the device into account. Would strongly recommend, however slightly disappointed that the claimed battery health doesn't seem to be accurate.

Overall a really good company, more for girls than boys, I was always confused how to work with it re buying devices given all / sum devices were always in girl back covers colours and always having to have the back covers changed and replaced ie white purple, gray, , I now shop elsewhere and had a ball but given company is more girl than boy il never be back ,il miss yous guys ,and girls thanks for 2 and half years of spectrum happiness yeee, Thanks Ben

No comms, don't want to know after battery packed up after 3 months, paid to send the phone back and to have it returned, but after a week I still don't have the device. It has all my recent holiday photos on. They are not replying to emails.

I purchsaed a Samsung watch 4 46mm from Second Handphones on thier web site, the site was easy to use and the watch arrived well packed and as described A+++ within 24 hours. My friends can't belive it is referbished. I unpacked it, charged it and is working as per the handbook I downloaded from the Samsung web site I could not be more pleased. Great purchase.

I have just purchased a reconditioned Samsung watch 4 46mm classic watch from this company via eBay.
The watch was in as "new condition" and works perfectly. I received it within 12-14 hours via Royal Mail special delivery.
