great site good seller

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 for my husbands birthday. Prompt receipt of the phone, carefully packaged. I checked it was in working order. However, unfortunately, after we set it up with my husband's SIM and charged it, the phone then failed to function.
I contacted limetropic, and because I had purchased the phone via eBay, all further communications were via eBay. I explained the situation and the company corresponded with me all day, finally asking for me to return the phone, which I did. Within the 24 hours of receiving it, limetropic agreed that it could not be repaired and offered a replacement. As this was for my husband, the lilac colour was not to his liking! and therefore a full refund was agreed, under the warranty.
Whilst both my husband and I were sorely disappointed with the unfortunate outcome, I cannot fault the attention and communications, which have been exemplary, and have made the whole process through this incident smooth and with minimal stress involved.
The 4 star awarded only because the phone did not work!

Phone arrived quickly and as described. Way cheaper than GiffGaff as well, so super happy!

The phone came very quickly. It was just as it should be. And a little pack of sweets to eat whilst I set it up! Perfect.

What can I say phone arrived immaculate 100 per cent battery AND still had apple warrenty as well as 12 months from secondhand phones! Will def be going this route again saved me hundreds of pounds and phone is as good as new!

This is the third handset I have purchased and Im very impressed. The service is excellent and quality of the products is good. Renewed handsets are the way forward for sure and can save you a tonne of money if you are prepared to either wait a bit until they filter through or if you are not precious about the latest greatest model.
