Disgusting service and communication. Lies of delivery, then to top it of you sent two separate packages so you could double dip on freight charges ( which were built into the price per unit, but quoted as free delivery) didn’t have the intelligence to remove yr normal retail price sticker from the item

No COMMUNICATION at all
I asked a question about a product through email and chat. no reply from email (2 sent) after 3 days and left on chat waiting for response for over 1/2 hr. before disconnect. They say you will get an email if chat discontinued but nothing.
This Company is POO (polite description) do not buy from them.

My purchase was lost by the courier
My purchase was lost by the courier, this was found only by secret green investigating it. This was replaced by secret green within a few days. Unfortunately as I needed to send this interstate the replacement arrived after I sent another present to my grandson for Christmas but great work

Scam website. They take your money and run. They do not reply to emails. When you google the physical adress (dodgy sh1thole)in Western Australia it says they closed down in 2022. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
