You be the judge….. I ordered set of Anker Soundcore Life P2 wireless earbuds in mid December. The website said they were in stock. After 6 days, there was no indication that the order was processed. I emailed the company and was told there was a mismatch of the SKU and the order was “stuck”. The responder told me that the order payment authorisation had been cancelled.
I checked my credit account. No pending payment. Then I received an email telling me that my ENTIRE order had been cancelled! I checked the site and the earbuds were showing as “in stock” but the price had risen from $45 to $155!!! According to the company, my order was canceled because they did not have enough stock to fulfill my order. I asked if they were going to honour the price advertised. Silence.
I was unconvinced. It seemed to me that they had made an error on their site and were unwilling to honour the price I paid. I contacted the company again, stating that basically I did not believe their excuse and pointed out that the buds are listed as “in stock” at the higher price.
A short while after, the website was updated to say they were unavailable. Surprise surprise.
I wasted a week of my time, several emails, a cancellation that only occurred because I did a query.
You be the judge, but I wouldn’t deal with this company as I believe they do not honour their prices and cover up their mistakes with excuses that simply do not hold water.
