Very disappointing, uneven spray tan
Very disappointing spray tan! The end result is uneven and there are very obvious areas on my body that were completely missed with the spray gun, like the sides of my arms and legs where I’m left with white streaks. I’ve had better results doing my own fake tan application at home, which is what I’ll be sticking to doing from now on. My beauty therapist was incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease, so it’s a shame to have this bad result. I feel she should’ve taken her time to throughly check if she had done an even application or needed to address some areas. Instead, it felt rushed and she clearly didn’t check the application well enough before proceeding to dry the spray with warm air.
There are a couple of dark patches where the tan stuck to medical adhesive from dressings that I thought I had exfoliated off but evidently some of it still remained. I fully accept this is not as a result of Olga’s technique and I would like to make it clear that I am NOT complaining about these specific dark patches. My dissatisfaction lies with the very uneven application by Olga with the spray gun, whereby there are parts of my body with no tan at all. Additionally, we discussed a light-medium colour and it has come out way darker than that. As a person with fair skin, it looks extremely unnatural. I’m forced to scrub the tan off immediately, which is a complete waste of money.

Great reflexology!
I've used secret spa a few times for massages and had really enjoyable experiences. This was my first time having reflexology at home. I'm housebound so having the service available in my own home is such a blessing. Keely was personable and professional, the reflexology was great and I felt the benefits that evening and the days that followed. I was so pleased that I booked again with her the following week. I'd definitely recommend Secret Spa and Keely!

I have a regular therapist who is reliably amazing but if she isn’t available I know I can trust any of the therapists I choose to do a great job.

Bryony was absolutely amazing at doing my hair and make up for an awards ceremony I had to attend in London. I live in Scotland and did not know where to go in London to get all glammed up for the awards ceremony then I came across Secret Spa. I looked through the Therapists and chose Bryony and wow I was not disappointed. My hair and make up was beyond what I expected and I looked and felt a million dollars. So convenient and a selection of great therapists!
I’ve been using secret spa since my daughter was born - massages, manicures and pedicures, hairstyling for events. All the therapists I’ve used are professional, friendly and efficient.
Being able to have it in the comfort of my home with a little one running around is super convenient.
The booking system is easy to use and I love being able to note my favourite therapists for ease of booking with them again.
Highly recommend!

Fantastic massage in the comfort of my own home at an affordable price
Using Secret Spa for a deep tissue massage in my home was a great experience. Not only do you have the masseuse come to your home which is very convenient, but I was also very impressed with the prices, which were not as expensive as I had imagined they would be. I was also concerned about safety, but was pleased to see that all of the masseuses at Secret Spa were DBS checked for peace of mind. My massage was a very good deep tissue massage - painful in a good way, as a good deep tissue massage should be. My masseuse had also trained as a physiotherapist and I think that further informed her practice. I have had problems with my back for a long time and she successfully dealt with this in just one session. Fantastic! I will certainly be booking again.
