We have mailed each other more than 40 times.

Unreliable and unresponsive shop
I ordered a tracksuit on the 11th of April and have not received anything since then.
On the 22th I have written a follow up mail which has not been answered and my order does not show up on "find my order".
My order number is "Order #1042", let's see if they actually help me.
Update May 9th: Still no response. I guess I will be forced to file a police report and chargeback the money spent.
Update May 14th: Still no refund. They keep lying about a refund to stall time. I will call my bank today and try to set up a refund + a report on fraud.
Update May 27th: My bank has refunded me my money and I was told that Secret Steady did not attempt to refund me any money. Please stay away and don't order here.
