I give this a negative 10 star review. I ordered this camera 5 months ago and just received it yesterday, well at least what I thought it was. What I ordered is not what I received. I received a mini dv camera. I research the DVD’s cameras and you can purchase them for like $3.00. This Company are scammers!!!!

If it were possible to give ZERO stars, I would!! I placed an order over a year ago. The money left my account almost immediately. I have lost track of the number of times I have tried to contact this company to either fill my order or refund my money. So far NOTHING!!! Not even a reply to my inquiries. EXTREMLY unhappy!!

I bought 2 cameras. They worked great for about 3 months, then the mechanisms broke and the cameras would not move or rotate. As I wrote to the company after 3 months they were no longer covered under any warranty.

Paid 79.97 U S dollars for an outdoor camera and have nothing but an automated response to enquiries since. totally lack scruples. Should be taken to task by some authority, unfortunately none want to get involved.

Further to review of 29 October, mobile gear despatched my cameras on 30th October despite my many emails telling them to stop the order! The Royal Mail tried to deliver them when I was on holiday but I have no intention of going to collect them. They also took the money out of my account AGAIN so once again I’ve had to contact my bank provider to have my money refunded. Again I have to wait another 30 days as they can apparently keep doing this........? Shame on you mobile gear. Stay away from this company as they are failing to deliver on their promises and despite paying extra money for express delivery, I don’t believe a 4 month wait constitutes “express delivery”! If I could, I definitely would’ve given a minus review score due to their shocking, or lack of, customer service!

Need a negative three star this company a total fraud order July 2019 never received a confirmation I never received my Camera I have sent numerous emails and text no answer other then a auto responder from Pat bogus. I did some tracking and the hide under a Corp in Florida which is a business without phone or address. They did take my $79.00 dollars and I got nothing

This company is fake company. It is steal customers money. Don't catch to thir fake business. I had chech some oder in my mobile gear and give my details to register on it. But after two days 32gb memory card about 60$ oder had been sent to me. But I havent odered it. I had told more times to cancel my oder by they do not cancel. After receiving my item I checked that but it no work. It is damaged item. I told about that to my mobile gear but they do not response to me.

I ordered a security camera from them never got it. They did not give me a tracking number but they did take the money out of my account.

Please do not buy from mobilegear I sent various text to mobilegear that I will do this and tell everyone not to buy from them. They are poor corresponding they do not return any of your messages all you can do is email they do not answer your emails I bought two cameras received one which is useless I have no power cord. The second camera I never received I keep asking them where's my order and they say it's processing there is no processing they are stealing people's money from the United States and probably all over the world the worst company I ever trusted. This was posted on Facebook and I trusted Facebook to buy through that so Facebook should be liable for their advertising please again do not buy from mobilegear

Worst transaction ever. After 2 months, still no tracking number. After thret of refund, finally a tracking number and 3 weeks later I did get the items(2 cameras), almost! Both were missing the power supply. Bought 2 power supplies on ebay. Anyway, after 3 months, got them. The items are fine but the company sux, big time. I think from this point on, NO MORE CHINESE DEALINGS!!!
The products just are NOT worth the hassle.

Facebook should be held responsible for this fraudulent ad.

Put in order and was confirmed via email on July 8, 2019. Month and a half later still no product and monies taken out via PayPal. Called PayPal and filed a complaint. PayPal emailed me back saying they contacted the company and got a tracking number(so compaint was dismissed). I then got an email from MyMobile Gear company saying item was shipped....from China! Well, I knew it was gonna take a long while more to recieve the camera (ordered the WiFi smart camera). When I finally received the camera, I opened the box and realized that the power source was missing. I have emailed the company several times and no answer...tried calling the number, number not working. It's the weekend so I am waiting till Monday so I can call PayPal and see what they can do..refund, fraud claim...anything! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! IT'S A FRAUD...NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NO CONTACT. JUST WANTS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!! Gonna file a complaint with the BBB

Needs a ZERO STAR option.

Nearly three months and several emails have passed and I'm still where I was when I started, just out a few hundred dollars and peeved that Facebook allowed this advertisement to exist.

Contacting PayPal as suggested in other reviews.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON DISAPPOINTMENT...

I placed my order 60 days ago. The minute my order was placed, I was charged through PayPal. Do not have the product I ordered. Nothing from "Support" Can't reach by email or phone.

I'm surprised Facebook and PayPal allow themselves to be used by this company to scam people.

Much the same as others. Their site has headings but nothing behind them (eg Reviews [there are none???]) I ordered on 4th July, tried to get info about delivery with no reply, cancelled the order with no reply. Complained to PayPal, USELESS.
Received camera's 2 months later. I had bought other camera's in the meantime. No use sending them back as I highly suspect I would have no camera's and no money.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF BUYING ON THE WEB.

This company is a rip-off, I placed an order over 6 weeks ago,and still available to get in touch with anyone. Paid through PayPal another rip-off.they took my money from my account but I don't get anything for that 203.91. I got an email from some clown name James making promises he knew wouldn't keep. IF YOU ARE READING THIS BEFORE ORDERING I WORNE YOU DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Order # 120608 ordered in mid July.

Two months, still no ship date, still no product, well beyond any indicated arrival time they steadfastly referenced in their numerous e-mail responses. Requesting a PayPal refund. Never going to order anything that pops up as an ad on Facebook. Live and learn.

It is a disgusting fraud. Do not buy from them ever
