Total farce. Multiple e-mails, all empty promises. Do not do business with these people. Can’t believe they are still able to advertise! Save yourself the aggravation.

Do not do Business with this company. Sent multiple emails (even today) to return products that were ordered in Early July 2019. Sent multiple emails for tracking numbers and gave a date to either provide the tracking number or cancel the order. Even after I cancelled the order, product arrived a month and a half later. You can't reach these people, phone numbers are bad and don't respond to emails. Trying to get them to send return labels but they fail to answer my request. No customer service at all and I am sure their products are the same. I am sure positive reviews are from friends of someone who works for them. Just count the 1 stars!

Just bought another mymobile gear camera love it, will buy again, best support product legit company! i trust them don't bother what others saying, my experience been the best be careful of fake negative reviews. Store is old but gold

Ordered cameras August 5th. Only because it states in website it shops from the usa. Sent 4 emails to 3 different email addresses with no response. Website states processing take 2-4 days then you'll receive a tracking number. Um nope. I filed a claim with PayPal. After 2 days company sent me a tracking number low and behold it's shipping from china, um no I didn't order it from china, phone number listed on webpage no one will answer it is a texas number. Still over a week late no cameras still nothing showing up on the tracking number nothing. With paypal they will close the case as long as company can provide a tracking number. This is going to be a long hard road getting my money back. Im also filing fraud charges

Ordered my camera July 18th still have not received it. They send an email saying my order was accepted but when I write back I get no response. I paid through PayPal if I do not receive my camera soon I will contact PayPal about this company

Buy from somone else who actually sends you the product you buy.
Today is August 19th, was ordered 3rd July, No delivery, web link does not work, phone nbr does not work. If they are legit it is being delivered by a Yak. Doubt they are legit.

I love mymobile gear they delivered my product very fast! 
I would buy again from them recommend got my camera after waiting thank you!!!

Like all the rest of you I ordered and didn’t receive. The company gave several reasons for the delay but the clue was a delivery with no tracking number.
It’s a long shot but if you report this to your credit card company or PayPal I believe they have the ability to try your payment to the company’s bank and nullify the credit. I have done this before. Worth a try
The last point is that we all need to report this rather than just review. Visa is obliged to refund if it’s a fraud. Not sure about PayPal

*Beware of likely scam* We ordered two Outdoor Wifi Cameras almost a month and a half ago, paying $149.89, which came through on my credit card statement as PAYPAL *AJFTRADENET, which was a red flag. We received a barrage of bizarre e-mails from them, 15 to be exact, with-in a 6 day window, Then no further communication, which was also a red flag. We attempted to contact myMobile Gear only to realize that the phone numbers were not active, (but now relay to another business that has no affiliation), The 24/7 link on their website doesn't work, Neither does the tracking link. Based on all prior reviews, that we wish we had seen prior to the order, and the experience that I've stated, I don't believe that we will receive the camera's, and believe that this company is a scam.

Scammer company. Do not buy anything from this company. Ripped off 80 $. From me.

Also ordered 2 x security cameras and have not received; will now proceed to sue Facebook as they are taking money at allow these crooks to continue on with this fraud.

We had just been the victims of theft from items being stolen from our private residence & then we spend over $400 aus on security cameras from them only to find out we have been done again.....DO NOT DEAL WITH myMobile Gear..

No reply to my queries regarding shipment. After reading other reviews I dont think I am going to get my item. It is clear MyMobile Gear are not too put out about bad reviews and treating customers in an appalling manner. Amazing to see brilliant reviews on their web site.

I ordered a shoulder brace a month ago. Still haven’t received it. Tracking number does not exist with DHS. I’ve emailed numerous times requesting a refund. Excuses about tracking number, etc. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Yep.. like everyone else I ordered a phone connected microscope for a xmas present at the end of November. No product was ever delivered and only a standard 'no reply' response to my emails. Very disappointed... UNACCEPTABLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

BEWARE AVOID MYMOBILE Gear AT ALL COSTS this company is a scam, ordered (3) watches 4 months ago, still have not received them, asked for a refund, THEY STATE THAT THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS only exchanges, But nothing ever gets delivered. The first clue should be tracking numbers that do not track, they have apologized and sopposedly resent items 3 times, all with invalid tracking numbers. I opened a case with PayPal and got my refund. But want to warn everyone.
