I received my tickets promptly; however, the price was outrageously expensive and I could have got them much cheaper elsewhere with the same seat location. I will not purchase tickets from secure box office again.

Unprofessional
I got the tickets in time, and the customer service was hepful, but I didn't get the tickets until a full day after they said I would. I should have at least been notified that my tickets were delayed, but I had to contact customer service to be told this. I SHOULD NEVER HAVE HAD TO DO THAT! Very unprofessional. Also, the service fee was pretty high. I will not be using secure box office again.
