My friend brought a ticket as a gift not realising i had surgery that week and would be in recovery. I couldnt get a refund for it because they kept insisting i needed a letter stating my recovery time. The woman i spoke to was the RUDEST woman i have ever spoken to and kept deliberately slowing down her words whilst explaining things to me like i was some kind of idiot. They are the most unhelpful and worse customer service ive ever had to detail with. Absolutely disgraceful.

Absolutely awful! Do not trust them or deal with them. Would not refund me my money!!! for the Brad Paisley concert that was rescheduled 3 times and then canceled. This concert was supposed to be at the Fallsview casino on August 26th in Canada.

We booked Chris Stapleton concert in Denver, CO for Saturday, June 25 and just got email today (4 days before concert) it’s been postponed due to the Stanley Cup for the 2nd of July-take it or leave it. Selfish and inconsiderate - a joke of a website
I ordered tickets to an event, the link to accept the tickets and the link was invalid. Customer service continued to tell me that they sent an email to me that I never got, then sent me the tickets three hours to the event when I live over three hours away and missed the event. I requested a refund because they continued to give me false hope, promises that I would have them within 48 hours and never got anything and was let down. They refused a refund when it was their fault that I couldn't go. Horrible company, will never use again.

I had tickets to see Neil deGrasse Tyson, a show that was postponed several times because the pandemic. A week before the show was actually going to happen, I tried to confirm that my tickets were still valid (the downloadable tickets kept saying 04/05/2020, instead of 11/16/2021), but SecureBoxOffice didn't answer my question until the same day of the event. Before that, although they connected me several times to a chat, this one always closed after a brief period of time elapsed, without warning and not answering any question.

Bogus tickets and no help refunding.
I purchased tickets for The Donna Summers Musical being held in Tampa. However, the show was cancelled due to Covid and apparently be tickets are useless and will not be honored. The customer service is horrible, and they suggested I just show up and see if we can get in using these bogus tickets. I have been in communication with the event center and they are aware of this fraudulent sale situation and Secure Box Office said they will do nothing about a refund of any compensation. They sell third party tickets so too bad, so sad. I will NEVER USE them again and am filing a complaint with the State Attorney. Terrible company

**Class Action Suit**
I'll be starting a class action suit against Secure Box Office for taking almost $1000.00 for concert tickets and when the concert was cancelled due to COVID, they refused to refund my money.
There are precedent setting cases that have awarded hundreds of thousands of dollars against other online ticket sales companies for pulling the same scam. I'm waiting to hear back from the Attorney General's Office.

The show was cancelled 20 months ago and the company refuses to give our money back, choosing instead to "Compensate" us. We know not how or when we'd be able to book tickets for a show again. We want our Visa card credited and let sleeping dogs lie.

TICKET MASTER IS BETTER
I had 4 lawn seats at the Woodlands for Foreigner and Kansas but COVID hit and the concert was canceled. SECURE BOX OFFICE doesn't do refunds but it says that if the concert gets rescheduled that my tickets will be covered 🙄 I had 3 tickets to see Sammy Hagar but I purchased them from TICKET MASTER...Sammy was canceled too but TICKET MASTER gave me a full credit for the tickets on any other concert...SHOP TICKET MASTER

Our Austin concert with Michael Buble was cancelled by the artist and in the cancellation news letter it was announced that customer would get a refund. Secure box office customer guarantee says "that you would receive a full refund" they refuse to give our money back.
This website is a scam
This website is a scam. They charge $75 to transfer tickets to you and they overcharge for the tickets themselves. I paid $335 for tickets that should have only been $145. I did not realize they were a third party seller. Apparently someone named Lynn made some good money off of me. I called and the representative refused to refund my money. Do not use them!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The company will not give refunds even when the event was cancelled and was giving refund to ticket holders. Their prices are terrible. To try to get some money back, I was forced to buy tickets from them to other events. A $45 priced ticket was sold for $200 and then they charge service fees. When my tickets did not arrive as promised, I repeatedly called, emailed and did instant messages. Each time I was on hold for at least an hour. Once, the automated system said the hold time was 5 minutes but after 75 minutes I gave up and requested an email come to my address. They say that it is quicker to email. Don't believe them. I never received an email. When emailing them from their "contact" box on their website, I never received a reply. I have asked for a manager to call me but as of now, I have not gotten a call. The representatives will not connect you to a supervisor. One rep did say they had weekly meetings and I begged him to let his management know that customers are irate.
I finally received an email. It includes the name of the original ticket purchaser who supposedly will meet me at the gate? I called the phone number listed and it doesn't get answered and there is no voice mailbox set up. Total scam. Never, never do business with them .

You need to have a negative scale. "Secure Box Office" is in breach of contract - they failed to honor my tickets - and they are also guilty of false advertising. A better name is "Surefire Fraud." I bought from them by accident as they connected themselves by trickery to the place I wanted. I can't even get them on the phone now. Do NOT buy from them. Employees should be ashamed!
FRAUDS!
After ordering tickets to a baseball game, I received three emails stating that my tickets would be emailed shortly and that I needed to "accept" them. I checked my inbox and spam time and time again and never received the tickets. I took my family to the game and bought new tickets at the box office. I then contacted secure box office and asked that they simply refund my money ($130.38, around $50 more than at the park). They told me that the tickets were transferred and that they would not do that. They were essentially calling me a liar. I placed another call. This time I thought I would find someone who cared about the customer. I did not. This woman decided to try to patronize me and then I asked for a supervisor. I didn't get one. Instead I got another random worker who claimed he was the highest up the ladder. He gave me the same song and dance. As if I wanted to be on the phone for hours. He proceeded to tell me that "I failed to access the tickets that were sent." I replied that I never got the tickets and he then attempted to hang up on me.
This company does not care about you in any way. They will never do the right thing for their customers and are crooks. I assure you that I never got an email with tickets. There was nothing to access, yet the company still insists on saying that I am wrong. I have disputed the sale with my bank and I hope that works before I have to take them to court.
You can see the two emails I received after my email was confirmed here and after they were sent, there was nothing else. Not from them, the league, venue or team.
