My event (purchased July 17th

My event (purchased July 17th, 2019) was cancelled due to COVID (May 28th, 2020). I was not offered a refund but was offered a credit that needed to be used within 18 months. I explained that I did not want a credit, I don't usually go to shows, this was to be a one time deal. They refused. Months later, I used my credit to purchase tickets to another show. I just receive an email months later telling me that this show has been rescheduled from 6/25/2021 until 06/02/2023. That is two years from now!!! When I tried to call customer service I had to jump thru all sorts of hoops on their stupid automated system, giving me all sorts of options EXCEPT THE ONE I WAS CALLING ABOUT. Once I finally cracked the code and was transferred to an actual customer service agent, I was HUNG UP ON! TWICE!!!!!!

Secure Box Office Customer Service just…

Secure Box Office Customer Service just told me via phone call that after the date on our credit for tickets last year that were canceled, if we haven't used the credit, they will keep our money. That's it, they are going to keep our money in 2 months. 4 tickets @ 350.00

Secure Box Office will not refund our…

Secure Box Office will not refund our money for the Rolling Stones concert from June 2020 claiming the event has not been cancelled and only postponed. If this was a convention year and postponed due to weather, etc., however, it is a pandemic and the postponed and cancel clause should not apply. Give the people their money back, I'm sure we are not the only people asking. People who bought tickets through Ticketmaster/ Cleveland Browns have already received their refund. The Rolling Stones should be concerned about their reputation doing business with Secure Box Office.

11 months have gone by without any message about the postponed concert due to the Pandemic. I want my money refunded. Their company policy only allows this if the concert is cancelled. Surely these are unprecedented times and secure box office should think about the customer needs better. I am so frustrated.

I also wish I could give this a minus

I also wish I could give this a minus. Don’t ever order tickets from them. You can never talk to anyone & they won’t refund tickets. We are also suffering from the Virus. So when they eventually get around to rescheduling our Celtic Thunder that was scheduled for November 2020. We will not be able to make it. This was something that was suppose to be a special treat for us so we spent more money than we would normally spend. The fact that they won’t even speak to us just adds to our more frustration. Very bad treatment. This is the way you treat your Senior citizens. Shame on you.

secureboxxoffice.com

secureboxxoffice.com sold us tickets to Jeff Dunham in Broomfield CO at 1st Bank Center. Due to events the show has been rescheduled for the 3rd time now over a year difference from the original booking. These situations call for a different level of consideration. If travel is allowed we will not be in country when the new dates arrive. Still no considerations for refunds.

This is by far the worse place to every purchase tickets. They are triple the price of any other website. I recently had an event cancel due to covid and they refuse to issue me a refund. They will only allow me to use a credit from their site that only last 18 months. With the state of the world as it is I am not sure we will be having events anytime soon. The customer service rep hung up on me and basically told me there was nothing they can do!

STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPANY AT ALL COST.

I would give no stars if possible

I would give no stars if possible. Total scam with no refunds due to the pandemic. Filed a claim with my credit card company for failure to provide services promised during unprecedented times with no shows happening in the near future. Customer service is probably the worst I've ever delt with.

Wouldn't even give them a one star review. Our event was rescheduled due to the pandemic and they refused to give me a refund for my tickets. I know its all over the website that they do not refund if an event was rescheduled- but due to a PANDEMIC? I mean, we can all use the cash right now, am I right? Totally, unequivocally, absolutely outraged that I cannot get my money back.

Worst customer service exp ever

There is NO WAY that any of these positive/5-star reviews are real. This is quite possible the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. I honestly do not want to waste another minute of my time on this unethical company, but please read all negative/real reviews and steer very clear of this company. Out $300 during a global pandemic. Such a scam.

Purchased tickets to a concert which was cancelled due to Covid. Would not give a refund so used credit to purchase tickets to another concert. Again cancelled. They will not give a refund and it is impossible to speak to anyone on the phone. They are drawing interest on my money while I've never got the product purchased! I will never use them again! Do Not Use Them

Do Not Use Them. I purchased seat tickets but was told that they were not available and I would get comparable seats. Finally, revieved my tickets, and thought nothing of it. Due to Covid-19, the venue rescheduled the event to next year. I looked into being reimbursed and this is what I found out.. Secure Box Office never gave me comparable tickets that I purchased. In fact, they literally charged me double for my tickets, (would cost half the price if ordered from ticketmaster.com) for the seats they ended up providing me with and refuse to provide me a refund. Instead, they suggested that I, "sell my tickets" for compensation, but after looking into this option I would only get 600 USD instead of the 1500 I actually paid. My seats are worth 70$ to 200$. I have four tickets. Do the math on that one. They are terrible, So do not use them for business.

We ordered Brooks & Dunn tickets for September 19, 2020. We have attempted several times to get our money back, over $1,000 for six tickets. They keep telling us the concert is still on but when you check the Brooks & Dunn website the next concert isn't until Oct 7th and that is in Las Vegas they are not coming anywhere near Chicago through the end of the year. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IT IS A FREAKING SCAM!!!!!! I am sure we will be out the money
