I’d give this business a -1 if it was an option. Tickets are way over priced. They don’t make it known that they are a third party vendor at the time of purchase. Buyer guaranteed? I call BS. I bought two tickets for a Matchbox 20 concert in January. It was postponed then cancelled. Secure got their refund but kept my money and tried to give me a credit that would expire. They didn’t say when. I was supposed to use it in the middle of a pandemic? I had to file a dispute with PayPal. I got a refund finally, 7 months after the purchase. They suck!! Don’t use them. They tried to steal almost $700 dollars from me.

Anyone interested in filing a class-action against them? After countless attempts at refund they are still playing games. Lets sue the company.

Buyer beware!!! I hate leaving 1 star. This company is a rip off. I had tickets for Alice Cooper on Apr 1/20. Obviously the concert was cancelled. I emailed a few times to request a refund. No one responded for approx 1 month. They told me that the concert was rescheduled so they wouldn't give me a refund. I explained that they are forcing me to attend a venue when "the whole world shut down". I should have a choice!! Then Alice Cooper was rescheduled for Nov 7/20. When this event was recently cancelled, I emailed them again, numerous times. They emailed me back to say that they had no knowledge of this. Finally, they emailed me after I showed them cancelled confirmation to say that they will not refund my money but will honor it at another venue. Poor customer service and SCAM

I am not one of those people who love to write negative reviews but this company is a SCAM. They said, in writing, they would give me a credit for a show cancelled due to COVID-19 and refuse to answer my emails with any actual human being telling me how to buy tickets using my credit. Run, don't walk, away from this company. They don't even really deserve the one star I gave them.

Horrible customer service. Can't get in touch with real people. Long wait. No satisfaction. Do NOT stand by their guarantee.

Refused to refund me for tickets I purchased in November 2019 for an event that was scheduled for April, event was first postponed then finally cancelled. SBO told me 120% credit was the best they’ve could do, my atty. boyrfeoemd encouraged me to contact the credit card company I used to purchase the tickets. Called the fraud prevention dept of credit card I used to purchase (PayPal) and they went after them. I would encourage everyone who isn’t being offered a full refund to use this option, these people are vultures and hopefully this will make ‘em go belly up!

I don’t even want to give this 1 star. They refuse to give a refund during COVID-19 when people are struggling with money. I will never ever buy from them again. Other places where you buy tickets do give refunds.

NO REFUND for canceled Black Crowes concert in St. Paul MN. Instead I was told I get a store credit. DO NOT USE THIS SITE FOR TICKETS.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was told via email I would receive a refund, over 2 months after my event was cancelled. Fast forward a month later when I still haven't received a refund as promised, and I was told I would only be getting a store credit. They were absolutely rude on phone, and took 3 months to "resolve" the issue of an event being cancelled. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This Company is a phony scam outfit. Their voicemail sends the caller around in a loop. I will be reporting them to the Massachusetts Attorney General for investigation and prosecution.

They are not only keeping my money, but not offering a credit to another show in the future. This is the case of them buying (scalping) tickets, pumping up the price and selling them to the public.

Our Compensation Policy

If an event is permanently canceled, Secure Box Office will coordinate with the selling broker to provide you with a full compensation of the ticket price, including any service fees. The compensation will not include shipping fees if your tickets have already been shipped. If an event is postponed, your tickets will still be valid for the new event date and no compensation will be issued.

I purchased 2 tickets in November 2019, June 2020 concert cancelled. Secure box office will not refund my money. When I attempt to call them, I'm told the wait time is over 3 hours!!!! When I post a request on their website for a contact, it's ignored!!! When I ask what the expiration date is for using the credit they say I get instead of a refund they don't respond!!! They are selling tickets to venues that don’t exists. My show canceled out and now they won’t give me my money back. They are selling tickets to shoes right now in nyc when those venues are closed. Anyone reading this. Please report them to the FTC federal trade commission and file a complaint.

I purchased 4 tickets for a Santana show this year, the concert has been canceled, or in other words (just semantics) postponed for 2021. The original tickets are offered FULL by Live Nation refund to unhappy customers but this terrible site offers you NOTHING. They just hung up on me. You have no support from them. They charged me a fee of $25 per ticket and I get nothing on return. The original owner can get FULL refund and I will be stuck with 4 worthless tickets. Order #32914872, paid amount $447.82 (4 tickets). STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Do not purchase from secure box office. Like many others, I am not qualified for a refund because my event was postponed (1 year and two months later) not cancelled because of Covid-19. I am very disappointed and heart-broken that this company will not see the needs of its customer base in these dire and unfortunate times.

I have asked to cancel tickets and refund my credit card as the opening game and subsequent games to date have been canceled due to the corona virus pandemic. I have tried in vain to contact them but have received no response.
