Bad bad service. Claiming that two deliverary attempts were made, which was not the case. The answer from customer service was ridiculous and of no help at all. No TNT for me again!

Really terrible communication
Really terrible communication.
I just wasted a whole day waiting. The package is already 2 days late and now I have to pick it up myself from a shop on Saturday.
On the amazon app it says the driver communicated with me.. I’ve never spoken to any driver.

WTF, TNT asking 100% tax from me.
I received a bill from TNT recently, the bill was about BTW bij invoer and the price is 45.87 euro. It's ridiculous. The total price of the package is not over 500 RMB which is around 57 euro. now TNT asking 100% tax from me. Do you know it illegal? basic tax is 21%, do you know that? inside of the package only with some Vacuum-packed food, clothes, insole. All daily necessities. In China post office clearly illustrates these personal items are not needed to pay any inport tax. even in netherlands if u post your personal clothes , u do not need to pay any tax. I can sue you with fraud. And non-compliance with holland import tax laws, do you know that the money you asked from is extorted more than 100% the total value of the package. This is a serious offense. If you do not give me a satisfactory answer or solution. I will take the parcel contents list and price list of my package to the police. Report you blackmail international students.
