I have no idea, who these people are or how they got my details, yet they have been taking £31.50 from my account each month.
I did not knowingly sign up for their ridiculous non existent services, (after visiting their scam website) stuff I already know, or can find out myself.
I have reported them to the Financial Services Ombudsman and the Police.
I have found out via Companies House it is run under the name:

Net worth of the company is virtually zero, so looks like a total scam artist

This company is a fraud. Do not sign up with them. They take money out your account and do not answer there customer service line

Taking money which was not entitled to and do not answer phones or emails. Bank notified and blocked them from taki g money

Who the hell is this company!!! Took money out of my account. Phone line just rings no one answers. No response from emails. They need stopping it’s no joke!!!

Horrendous. Keep taking money even when account is closed. Never asked for the account to begin with, I clicked no from the start. Managed to speak to someone four days ago who closed the account and I got a refund yet today they have taken more money??

Take money you can’t get in touch with them to cancel, even though I opted out at source.

They keep taking money from my bank account . Little amounts to begin with that you don't notice then larger amounts . They refuse to answer their phone or emails . Going to go to the police

They keep taking money out of my account only saw from earlier this month but started last nov and taking it out whenever they want. It’s a small amount so u don’t miss it. I’ve never heard of them they need to be shut down scamming a lot of people
