This is a great company.. my first month there there was a flood. The company.pany reached out no hesitation. Help resolve the situation and all was taken care of in a timely matter. The employees are very respectful , nice and concern with you and your property. I would recommend this company very highly

In a moment of chaos I was greeted with warm smiles and the best smelling office ever! Manager and her assistant were nothing but but kind, helpful and professional. Over all I love the cleanliness and security measures at the facility. Already my son has gotten himself a unit.

We had rented a space from Security Storage while doing a remodel back in 2015... and then we were all hit with the fires of 2017. Now back in our new home, there were pieces of heirloom furniture we wanted to hold on to but didn't fit our current aesthetic. Back to Security Storage to solve our storage needs - and when I walked in, Terry remembered me from 2015 - and made me feel like a family friend! Such a great experience! Thank you guys!

Upon entering the office, I was greeted right away by 2 delightful ladies. My check in was quick but thorough. My docs were all emailed to me right then and there. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for storage.

Service was great in the beginning but at the end they don't answer the phone or return messages. They don't care about anything except for what they are doing on the computer.

Clean, good location and AMAZING staff

This is the first time I've rented a storage unit. Chelsea and Ian were great in helping me get the right size unit for my purpose and made the process easy. The Herndon location is wonderful. Well lit, and easy to access. I know from helping a client who had units there years ago that their security is good.

Gaithersburg location is very clean and well managed. Staff are extremely efficient responding to my storage needs.

I had an amazing experience!! The people that work here are friendly helpful and the process was easy and quick!!!

Easy to complete

Very pleased with the choice to use Public Storage. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Facility is clean and odor free. I’ve been there when they are cleaning the floors by machine and by hand. The safety and connivence of driving into the secured building to unload/load is outstanding! Highly recommend the Baltimore, MD Pulaski location.

The location at 5223 River Road in Bethesda is super practical. There's ample parking and a good selection of units to meet anyone's needs. Property is well maintained and clean. Also, the office has good supplies at reasonable cost. Eric is my go to Manager - always helpful, polite, and nice!

Great storage Facility

This is our 3rd time renting a unit from here and there's an obvious reason as to why. First thing, applying online is very simple, and when you come in to the office, the staff is always pleasant and easy to work with! Oh and we can not forget about the great prices!
You won't be disappointed!

Carrie Mason was very helpful and cared a lot. I initially visited SPS Vallejo location. That’s where I met Carrie. She told me a lot about that location and answered all my concerns and questions. I went and looked at 3 other storage places in Vallejo that day. I find that SPS suits my needs and budget. I did not decide right away and did some more research. Found out that they have another location in Napa. I visited the Napa location and so happen that Carrie was working at the Napa location that day. She showed me the ideal size and space for my needs. Chose the unit with double doors. Will be very convenient for storing and/or sorting through my stuff once I’ve moved all of them. Thanks Carrie for all your help.
