We had picked the wrong size storage unit and we needed to put things away since they were already on the truck.

Personal service. Due to illness, I could not be on the property at the time of move-in to sign lease, etc. Adam walked me through each step via phone and met my movers at the gate to make sure they had access to the property and proper storage unit.

Linda is amazing! Previously we worked with Steve and certainly going to miss him.

Although I miss Rachel, The gentlemen that work here are just as great, friendly, and helpful. They are courteous and willing to help answer questions or resolve any problem. The place is always clean and organized. I feel secure having my storage there. Only wish is that the hours were more flexible

I have rented several storages over the years. I have to say the customer service at this one is wonderful. Everyone is always so helpful. Because we have been customers of theirs for so long they give us discounts on other services…the security services here are fabulous! love this place

I have tried other storage places, but this one is exceptional. The team has been around for several years. The team is extremely reliable and helpful. The service is above average. Anything you need, the team is there for you. You can even ask for something a week before and they will remember and do it for you. They cease to impress me.
Furthermore, the River Road location is very convenient and big enough so that you will find what you are looking for. Plus plenty of parking.
The whole place is clean and continuously improved.
Highly, highly recommend Security Public Storage.
