I needed some of this excellent chocolate in a hurry, such a hurry that I forgot to put in a code for a free bar. I emailed as soon as I realised, and within a very short time my free bar arrived along with my order! I was very impressed, and very happy with the chocolate as I always am. 10/10

I accidentally put the wrong delivery address so I sent a panic email on the Saturday. On Sunday (yes, Sunday!) I received an email for the amazing Bus. Dev. Exec. Julie who took up my ase and contacted the warehouse. Monday, she confirmed that the address had been amended. Truly superlative customer care and other companies could learn lessons from Seed & Bean. thanks so much.

excellent chocolate with speedy delivery - what's not to like?

Thats just why i love my seed and bean chocolate for great quality chocolate you have come to the right place because have chocolate bars in any flavour you could ever think of and if your a chocoholic like me and really love your chocolate which really so appealing and priced thats why i gave them five stars and there customers service is allways very good allways packaged well and one of the best ever brand of companies to deal with one of my pleasures.

I like the milk chocolate bar best. The Sicilian Sea Salt and lime could have stronger lime, and the orange and thyme could have a more orangey taste.

Not much to say apart from, delicious! We'll be back!

Good service and great product made for a good experience

Great variety of chocolate with interesting combinations of flavours. Easy to order, good communication of order and very well packaged.

Quick delivery, however no notification as to when delivery would take place. Pleased we was in as it was a hot day and if the package was left outside the delicious chocolate could have been ruined.

Once again the packaging has let you down.

You put adequate layers of insulation to prevent breakages but all on one side of the bars. As a consequence bars were received broken. Surely this is not rocket science. Split the layers above and below the bars.

I loved this chocolate when I could buy it from Sainsburys but at least I can get it online P&P free. Thank you Seed and Bean...
The best thing about the Lavender dark chocolate is that it only gets tried by friends if I really praise it. If I keep quiet, it's all mine!

What can I say except I've got no regrets at all!! Lots of lovely chocolate, fabulous flavours..and I was hard put to choose so I bought alot!!.. We've still to sample a few of the ones we bought but at this point in time the Lavender is my all time favourite..pure heaven!!

The special edition dark chocolates are divine. I placed two orders and both arrived super fast also.
