My subscription was coming on time for…

My subscription was coming on time for a while and then all of a sudden they have stopped. After sending numerous messages and emails I eventually got a response saying that they are having warehouse issues and apologised for the lack of communication. My subscription was due 13th September, still haven’t received it and having been told that hopefully the issues will be resolved in a couple of days, still no parcel.
I’m bitterly disappointed and am thinking that the company has closed.

Deliveries seem to have stopped

I have a subscription with them that has functioned well for a couple of years. I paid £211 on June 7th 2025, got two deliveries correctly spaced 3 weeks apart but got nothing in August and nothing again in September. Are they still in business? £211 for 12 bars of vegan chocolate is definitely excessive.

Where is my order?

This is the second request I have had to give review of items that I have still not received. I ordered several bars on 29th August and received confirmation saying they would be dispatched the following morning. I have still not received the order.
Also the changes made to their selections means that I have to order individual bars rather than a selection pack.
This used to be a good system that is starting to fail.

No flavour at all

hey seed and bean 👋 wanted bought my first ever chocolate bar, and I'm sooo disappointed.
I went for the cardamom and lemon....there isn't a hint of flavour in it whatsoever. its just (very nice) plain dark chocolate.
I've had 2 friends try it in case it's my taste buds, but nope, must have got a batch where someone forgot to put in the flavourings!

Wrong chocolate sent, never heard back

The chocolate which was sent was incorrect. I sent an email back explaining that the chocolate order was wrong and would either accept a refund or send the chocolate back in return for the correct chocolate to be sent. That was nearly 2 weeks ago and the only responses I’ve had from the company is 2 emails asking me to review them and how I would rate the chocolate. By this point it’s simply too little too late (if they ever get back to me). Won’t be buying from again.
