Delicious chocolate

Lovely chocolate cannot fault, my favourite lavender bar, delivery on the slow side.

The chocolate is delicious, the packaging was excellent and it is nice to support a UK company. We got dark and milk and they just taste amazing!

Seed and Bean is one of my favourite chocolate brands. I'm so glad it's free of coconut oil and sweetener, as other brands of chocolate are. I ordered direct from the S&B site and everything was packaged well.

The salted caramel chocolate was delicious. I couldn't stop eating it.

Ordered over 2 weeks before I wanted the chocolate, for a specific event. It didn't arrive in time. Poor communication about this. Initial email suggested next day dispatch them nothing til over a week later saying part of the order had been dispatched.
I emailed and received swift and polite reply, but the chocolate didn't arrive in time for either event I wanted it for.
Apologies given and a voucher for next order offered but still a disappointing service.
Only tried one lot of the chocolate - have rather lost interest. It's nice.

Website was easy to negotiate and ordering was also easy. When our order hadn’t arrived within 5 days, this was attended to swiftly. It had been delayed as a few of the bars we’d ordered were not available. It would have been useful to be given a choice of waiting for what we’d ordered or sending the order without the missing bars but with our choice of replacements.
Order arrived within a few days of sorting, was well packaged - all recyclable or compostable. I the chocolates we received may have be3n from older stock, because they all just tasted like plain bars of chocolate with little or no flavours at all, which was very disappointing.

Customer service as fine as the chocolate!

I started a monthly subscription to make sure I get my Seed and Bean fix, and my first box was incomplete. I was quickly responded to with a warm, personal email, and was sent a full box. I love all the chocolate made by Seed and Bean, but my favourite is the Cornish sea salt bar. Their chocolate can’t be beat for texture, taste, and variety of flavours.

I live in America and bought some chocolates online for my friend in Britain - swift processing and delivery! And my friend absolutely love the chocolate assortment that I bought for her. 5 different dark chocolates and she said they were all delicious! Thank you Seed & Bean!

with no indication of when it was going to be.

Love the mint chocolate, which is a real treat.
I try to buy ethically, which is quite a challenge. Brought a bundle which will last a while and makes it more affordable. Received parcel in time, no plastic packaging other than tape. Happy to recommend.

Excellent chocolate - we’ve been receiving the vegan package of six chocolate bars for a long time now and still look forward to them arriving which should give a clue as to our satisfaction level 😊
