UPDATE TO DAMAGED MERCHANDISE ISSUE

UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: Lazy Suzy came through with excellent customer service. My Ida West Elm media console arrived damaged with a big hole in one of the doors. Lazy Suzy contacted West Elm and arranged for the old console to be picked up and a replacement piece to be delivered. Jenn, our customer service rep, was very responsive, concerned about making us happy, and super helpful. Due to issues at West Elm, not LazySuzy, the new console was slow to arrive. Jenn kept me updated through the process and made sure we did finally receive a perfect console. She even checked in after it came to make sure there were no further issues. Highly recommend LazySuzy - their customer service could not be better at a time when supply chain issues are everywhere.

easy! legit website

definitely was nervous if this was a legit website or not. pulled the trigger, then luckily got an email from cb2 directly confirming my coffee table was out for delivery. got it cheaper on lazy suzy vs cb2 and west elm, and got free shipping! cant beat that when each of those retailers charges 250 for delivery. smooth easy delivery, would definitely use again.

Disappointing.

Ordered an item from Crate and Barrel... it was cancelled soon after. The website stock doesn't sync with inventory, so be forewarned - you might get your items if you're lucky otherwise it's a huge disappointment.

When I initially saw this product it was on the Crate and Barrel website. I immediately fell in love with it! However I was extremely disappointed to find out it had been discontinued and was no longer available anywhere! Seeing how upset I was my friend went looking to see if it was available anywhere else and found it here! At first I was a little skeptical since I had been told they were no longer available and had never heard of this site…I took a chance and ordered it anyways though. Communication via email was very effective! I was shocked to receive the product so quickly! It is put together and in the nursery looking absolutely perfect!! Thank you!

The experience has been excellent!!

The experience has been excellent!!! From the beginning of the order to the communication about the status of the purchase. Very diligent Allie in responding quickly to emails. The coffee table arrived very well packed and protected. I recommend LazySuzy with full confidence in all aspects.

Thank you for your feedback! I think you forgot to complete your review but we will help you out! I am sure here is what you would have said if you had some more time to write a longer review (but we totally understand how busy you must be!):

"Little to no communication for 3 weeks post ordering the furniture. Had to follow up multiple times on status. But each time I reached out to them someone responded right away and provided an update on the situation (see below). It turns out the delay was due to the fact that the item purchased was sold out and the vendor that had sold inventory to LazySuzy canceled their order on them. However, LazySuzy was determined to do whatever they could to source a piece for us and it turns out they managed to locate a piece from the vendor's main hub in California. They then put out bid requests for multiple freight shipping companies to find the best rate possible to get the item to us and were able to find a shipper that could deliver the item at ~30% of the highest bid received. Once the item shipped, they provided us with a tracking number and even sent us a photo of the item being loaded onto the freight truck from the West Coast hub! Back to my earlier point, even though we did not hear anything for the first few weeks, response times were fantastic once we did reach out. See below for the full history of our interaction with them:

Subsequently they emailed a tracking number once the carrier had picked up the item


All in all, we're happy we were able to eventually get the item we needed although the initial communication could have been better. Thank you LazySuzy!"

Wonderful experience with LazySuzy

Wonderful experience with LazySuzy. I was able to find the couch/trundle bed that I wanted where it was out stock everywhere else. The couch was delivered and it was in wonderful condition. The delivery was excellent as well. I highly recommend and would use their service again!

Just what we needed

Quick & Seamless Delivery

Fast delivery on a west elm cabinet. I highly recommend this service!

Only slight improvement could be a more robust delivery tracking system. I didn’t know the cabinet was arriving until it came. Still, I highly recommend lazysuzy. Customer service is also very responsive.
