My experience was great

Late...late...late delivery.

The table is fine. However it took nearly a month after your quoted delivery date for it to actually be delivered. You really should consider a different shipping company.

Good experience, needs more robust tracking experience

I was really impressed wit LazySuzy! I wasn't able to purchase the item I wanted directly from West Elm and so I was delighted to find it on LazySuzy. My only complaint is that there is no detailed shipping information in order tracking interfaces and my order actually came much sooner than I expected.

I did receive a shipping confirmation after being told the item was on backorder til May 2022, but accidentally deleted the email, so I had to check with customer service to schedule my furniture drop off.

We typically share tracking numbers for parcel shipping items but in this case your item was being delivered by our local delivery service which doesn't come with a tracking system. Great experience ordering a West Elm table!

My experience ordering a West Elm table from Lazy Suzy was great. I have never heard of this vendor before, but they showed up when I went price shopping after some sticker shock seeing West Elm’s $200 shipping fee for a table I wanted. Lazy Suzy offered it for the same price (including the limited time discount code) and for only $99 shipping. Suddenly the deal made sense.
Took about four weeks to get the table, but contracting third party shippers can take time.
I’d order from them again in a heartbeat.

I ordered a new bed through LazySuzy…

I ordered a new bed through LazySuzy back in August. A few weeks later, I received an email update that my order was placed on backorder, with a new estimated delivery timing of late Dec 2021/early Jan 2022.

After reaching out to Allie to further understand the cause (shipping port delays - not LazySuzy's fault) and determine any alternative options (unfortunately for me, I had already given away my old bed in preparation for this new one), Allie was extremely helpful in finding solutions for my predicament, including offering to provide me with a rental bed option (free of charge) until my new bed was delivered (wow!). I couldn't be more thankful and I am so glad I did not order through West Elm directly!

In the end, I was granted the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund (per their policy for items that have not shipped and are placed on backorder).

Overall, I had a good experience with LazySuzy. Allie's customer service was superior - she was very kind, understanding and easy to talk to. I had to follow up/clarify with them a few times during our email/messenger communication (I'm sure they were busy dealing with the effects of the shipping delays), but otherwise they were pretty responsive. I wish I could have gotten the full experience with LazySuzy, from purchase to delivery, but I would recommend them to anybody.

Buyers remorse, excellent customer service!

I purchased a side table for my husband for Christmas. I was having difficulty finding one that I liked. On an impulse I purchased it and then realized it may not get here by Christmas. I emailed immediately. While I was waiting I read more reviews, that this company is a "middle man" so to speak. This allows you to purchase in one place, which would be beneficial if you have a lot of pieces from different companies. I was also concerned that there wasn't a phone number. I received a reply within the day, saying my item would be shipped within the week! I still was having second thoughts. Not about the company, but the item being a gift for my husband. Seriously... what was I thinking. A table for Christmas??!?!?! I wrote another email asking to cancel my order. My reply was it was being processed and they'd check. They have a policy that if an item has not shipped, then you get a full refund. Sure enough! They immediately cancelled the order and the item was credited to my account immediately!!! I'm very happy with the customer service, response time and sticking to their policy. I would not hesitate using them.

West Elm Swivel Chairs

This was a great experience working with the Allie and the LazySuzy team. We ordered two beautiful West Elm Chairs for our Livingroom and they look fantastic. They arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected and were delivered gently and professionally into our home We never heard of LazySuzy but glad we found them on the inter-Web :).
We look forward to making more purchases with LazySuzy in the future.

Clear Communication

The level of communication between customer and company employee was outstanding. All questions were answered in a timely, concise and accurate manner. LazySuzy understands the relationship between supplier and purchaser well and does not assume corporate superiority. Above all they did not waste my time with irrelevant information. Delivery was made on time by a very obliging and pleasant man, Arzan , who even helped me unpack the chair and remove the cardboard packing materials. I will definitely use LazySuzy again. And of course Allie was awesome!
