I had no phone for Lazysuzy but they responded very quickly and arranged for the assembly. The gentleman was here in two days.
Delay in delivery was not due to Lazysuzy but due to the manufacturer.
I am happy with Lazysuzy service.

So impressed with LazySuzy! As soon as I placed my order, I received a note from them and was in contact with them throughout the process. They gave me a shipping date and followed up the day before delivery to give me a time for delivery, then checked in right away to make sure I was happy with the product. It felt more personal than a typical online order! I will definitely order from them for now on!

Awesome experience! Allie was very helpful. I found LazySuzy while looking for a new dining table set. I had never heard of the website, but decided to take a chance. It was the best experience I’ve ever had buying furniture!
I first purchased a dining table and 6 chairs and after ordering, realized that I should’ve ordered a larger table.
I emailed Allie at LazySuzy and asked for the order to not be processed and she responded right away. I asked if I could take the day to measure the space again, just to make sure the larger table would fit. She responded that she would hold the order and wait for me to let her know when to process.
I ended up ordering the larger table and chairs and a delivery date was set.
Unfortunately, a day before the delivery was to occur, Allie emailed me and let me know that someone from the stores delivery team would be unexpectedly out and the my table and chairs were rescheduled for a delivery two weeks later.
I emailed Allie and said that I understood, but if there, by chance, was an earlier delivery date available. She did the legwork and responded back that the delivery team would be able to deliver my table the next day, two days after my originally scheduled date.
Allie has had awesome communication throughout the ordering process and I wholeheartedly recommend purchasing through LazySuzy.

Better than buying direct from West Elm
I will definitely go here instead of direct from West Elm - the shipping fees are much lower and they assemble everything for you. Easy to schedule delivery and they were relatively flexible once it was ready and it was actually ready a bit ahead of schedule.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would
I ordered my sofa two months ago, and was told 3-4 weeks for delivery. After reaching out again, was told a "couple of weeks" so I figured I'd wait a little longer. Its now going on 2 months and all I want is to know when I can expect my sofa. After calling World Market, where they order the sofa, World Market said they have no record of the sofa being ordered through any of my information. I reached back out to LAZYSUZY for the receipt number and a time frame and they instead refunded me WITHOUT my authorization. I did not want a refund...I WANT THE SOFA I BOUGHT TWO MONTHS AGO ! After also checking the BBB, and not finding this company, I'm convinced they are a scam and are trash.

Great customer service
I was ecstatic to find components of the Pier 1 Imports papasan chair still in stock since Pier 1 is going out of business. Although the shipping was delayed for one product, customer service was fantastic with frequent communications on status and when products will arrive. Highly recommend LazySuzy, especially for difficult to find products
