I greatly appreciate you, LazySuzy! I looked everywhere for this specific chair for months after it became sold out at Pier 1. I happened to come across this site on a Google search, and there it was. Great customer service, and even though delivery times were delayed because of COVID-19, they kept me updated on the status of my order, and it was still delivered reasonably quickly. This is a great site, and I would order again.

I was looking for a certain chair that I was having difficulty finding and thankfully saw the LazySuzy website. Because of the Covid issue going on it's been crazy getting any feedback from anyone.
Well, after reaching out Allie responded to my inquiry within hours and after explaining what I was looking for she came through within days..
I then had the pleasure of dealing with Arzan who informed me when it would be delivered.. A bit of a delay happened with the delivery but he answered every single email I sent with courtesy and kept on top of it.
I received my chair a few days ago and I LOVE IT.. Perfect condition and perfectly handled... I will be shopping with them in the future for sure... Great company and Thank you Arzan and Allie !!
