it has been MONTHS!!!!!! I have been trying to return and get a new hoodie meaning how they SENT the wrong one and they haven’t responded to any emails dm or anything i’m extremely disappointed !!!! EXTREMELY ANGRY

This company is a scam!!! I bought two lavender colored shirts that looked amazing on their website. Upon receiving them - they looked CHEAP and so ugly. It wasn't even the same style of shirt. They literally ironed on some letters and that was that. I was appalled, so I sent them a DM on Instagram, which was read and ignored. I emailed several times about returning the items and was ignored as well. Stay away from this company. I should've known better.

Never got my items. Will be disputing the charges at the bank. YALL NEED TO SEEK JESUS! Ewww. Representing my King. What kind of a company scams people in the name of Jesus! Gross.

I've purchased 4 items from them 2 are cheep and defective. I have sent 4 emails and no response other than their automated response. This company unfortunately is a scam.

Absolutly awful service took my money and never sent out the clothes. Ive now been fighting with these people 6 months, this is fraud and just very annoying. Ive ordered from these people before and it was fine but the customer service sucks, i am beyond pissed and cannot be more displeased with how ive been treated. Awful awful experience overall.

Not only did I place my order in August for a baby blue seek Jesus crew sweater. I also ordered priority 1-3 day shipping. It’s now November and I just finally received my order after months of zero contact. But the best part is I received the wrong color! 0/10 would recommend. Definitely not a very “Christian-like” company.

This company is a scam!!!! I ordered several items from them and I haven't received anything. I reached out a multitude of times, and I received a generate email saying it will take anywhere for 1-6 weeks to deliver the item. It's now been over 2 months and I haven't received anything or even heard back. On a number of occasions I've asked for a refund and still nothing. This kind of behavior is unbecoming of "Christians". It's inappropriate and down right terrible business practices to not even get back to your customers. And based on what I've read on here alone, this is a common trend for them. Stay Away!!!!!!

Ordered something in July. It is now November and I have not received my merchandise. They will get back to you a month later about the issue with excuses but nothing solved. At this point, I would just like a refund but getting in contact with someone is extremely difficult. Very unprofessional and horrible especially since the owner(s) claim to be people of God 😔

Very frustrating experience. I bought a sweatshirt in July— it’s November and I STILL havent received anything. Getting in touch with someone about my missing order has proved extremely challenging, and they haven’t offered any sort of compensation or discount for the inconvenience. On top of that they have made zero effort to contact my about my order. Very unprofessional. I would be extremely careful of ordering anything from them.

Beware! I bought merch in Aug and still have yet to receive anything! I have emailed several times and no response!! These people need to be stopped bc they are scamming people of their hard earned money! Very sad for a “Seek Jesus” faith based company to do this. Very sad!!

1. Terrible customer service: They never respond to any emails, any direct messages on socials unless you post a public comment on their page complaining about it, even then it isn't very helpful. Funnily enough, they have plenty of time to send out emails and texts to you about promo codes to try and get you to shop at their store again. Last I checked, they only have 2 people actually working for this company, and only 1 does all the work, and the other just runs the social media, so it's really poorly run. ALSO, the email that THEY email you with is not the customer support email, and they will NEVER respond to those emails. But it's actually another email that is hidden under the "contact" tab on the BOTTOM of the website. Even then, it takes a week MINIMUM for them to get back to you even though it says allow up to 24 hours to receive a response. I even found their phone number through my credit card company (which btw, they don't list on their website, making it harder to contact them) and I got brought to voicemail, and I never got a call back.

2. Super slow shipping times + they are not truthful about shipping times: I got an email saying my shirts and other accessories would ship out in 1-2 weeks. 2 weeks later, a shipping number was made, but I didn't get my purchases until a month after the shipping number was made.

The shirts SHRINK! SO! MUCH!!! and the print is super cheap. I ordered 2 shirts from them, and my SIZE XL "Fear is a liar shirt" does not fit me!! I'm 6' 165 pounds! It should be a baggy fit, and it was before I washed and dried it, now it fits my 4'11" 110 pound soaking wet friend perfectly because it was the size of a small afterward, and the print started chipping off after the first and second wash, even though I would flip the shirt inside out before washing. My "Blessed are the peacemakers" shirt faired a little better in the wash, and somehow didn't shrink as bad despite it being the same material, but even that is starting to fade after 4 or 5 washes, and it shrunk a second time somehow?? Now it is barely wearable.

So sad that the longer I use and wear the merchandise I bought from this store, the more upset I get. It's such a shame because the designs and the material of the clothing are so cool, but literally EVERYTHING that makes up a business is done incorrectly.

Please. If you guys actually care enough to read reviews, which it doesn't seem like it considering how consistently bad they've been for the past year or so, please make some changes in your business model. This is ridiculous, and a terrible reflection of Christ.

My first order actually came, but my second 2 are a lost cause. I placed the 2 orders on the same day, using a "too good to be true" discount code. 2 weeks later I got an email saying both orders were shipped but the tracking numbers say they haven't even been picked up by USPS. They won't answer emails unless you go on Instagram, then they just lie and say they are seeing it.

I purchased a hoodie almost a month ago and haven’t received my order. I got the tracking number. I’ve ordered from this company before and never had this much trouble. I’ve sent a message to their Facebook and Instagram account about my hoodie still no response. I’ve sent them 4 different emails now with no response. And I’ve asked that if they aren’t gonna send me my hoodie that I paid for then to please just refund me my money. I don’t think I’ll order from this place again. As I’ve never had this much trouble with any other business.

Ordered 3 hoodies in July and still haven’t received them and it’s now October. Super disappointed. They will not respond to inquiry of where the order is at or even to cancel the order.

It makes me so sad to do a negative review of a "seek Jesus" product. I also have an ambassador code that I will never use to promote bc the company seems to just take the money from patrons and never fill orders. Sounds like you have to put a complaint on them with the CC company to get your order filled or your money back. It has been 21 days and I paid for 3 day shipping.

I spent 100s of dollars on hoodies and was so excited to get accepted as an brand ambassador! Especially after leaving the new age and giving my life to Jesus. It has now been months, and I realized now I was scammed and taken advantage of. I was an idiot.

UPDATE: Oct 4th, Finally got my orders.(ordered in Mid July) I love the hoodies but I could unfortunately NEVER be an ambassador or purchase again from a company that does business this way- it would ruin the integrity of my Ministry and for those I have built trust with

Worst company I’ve ever ordered from. I order a medium, received a large and never got my return slip to send back or exchange so I was stuck trying to shrink it and it worked so I was like ok cool. Then I ordered two shirts cause I had a good discount and NO order came. Never got my shirts, never got a response from customer service or social media just like my last order. I love the meaning behind the brand but I will NEVER order again. I can find a better Christian brand than this trash

I purchased a hoodie with a 70 percent discount on it. They took the 40 dollars I spent, later on I get an email saying I didn’t complete the transaction and they are making me put it my information again attempting to get another 80 dollars out of me.

If you didn’t get the transaction how come I spent 40 dollars already? Yeah I don’t trust it, currently trying to figure out how ti refund it.

Like the rest have said, it’s been over a month from ordering two items, separate orders but both have the same tracking number, the tracking number only indicates intent to ship and nothing has shipped. I’ve sent two emails and an IG message with no response. I get daily text with new “discounts”. I’ve received promotion emails that I’ve replied to explaining that I will not be ordering as I still have not received my first two orders! I’m seriously considering contacting my CC and opening a case as this is looking more and more like a scam!
I will not be promoting this company at all!
