I urge you NOT to order from them. I ordered a few times, as I was a brand ambassador, and although I liked the quality, I was always waiting about a month to recieved my orders. The customer service is non existent! I've reached out 6x in the last month and a half, via Instagram and both support emails, about an order I paid over $100 for, including $25 priority shipping, way back on March 11th. It's now April 25th and not only do I not have any merchandise, but I have yet to receive a single response from this brand! This is not a the way to do business and especially under the guise of a Christian brand. So disappointed and have been forced to dispute the charge with the credit card company due to lack of customer service. I will no longer ever support this brand or remain an ambassador. Save yourself the hassle. Don't support this poor business practice and possible scam of a company. Sorry to those who experienced the same outcome.

Purchased a hoodie on 4/11. Website states 3-6 business day delivery. It is now 4/25 and item has not been received. Tracking number provided is bogus. Don't waste your time ordering from this company. Wish I had seen other reviews prior to ordering.

Ordered and took a while for a shipping label to be created. It was created 3/28 and nothing has happened since. It is now 4/24. No communication with the company. They have not returned my emails and can't find a phone number to call. Going to try to get my $ back from the bank! Do not buy!

Do NOT buy from this company! They did not respond when I tried to contact them! The beanie was not as pictured on their website! I think the shirt was different too! Super expensive as well 😐 Was very disappointed and wished I had never ordered from them!

I bought a shirt from them over a month ago and it was supposed to be discounted, they charged me full price. I contacted them and they said they would refund me but never did. I tried to return and they will not reply to the emails. This is not a conservative or Christian company.

I'd give negative stars if I could. Paid over $80 and never received my order. I have reached out via email twice, through text twice, and through Facebook and have not received any response whatsoever! Very disappointment that someone would use Jesus' name for a scam!

Very upsetting that your website allowed me to add the items to the cart and payment was processed when the product wasnt even available. Also upsetting that I waited OVER a week to find this out and only because I reached out to you. "Please allow 1-2 business days for your item to ship" - That is the message you sent to me after all 3 purchases. 2 have not even been shipped out yet and just now you are telling me that my other order is no longer in stock!

SCAM!!! They stole almost $90 from me 🤦🏼‍♀️

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! I made two separate purchases within two days because they claimed to offer discount codes. I received a tracking number but after a few days the tracking number had no updates. After over a week I received another text that claimed to offer a gift card amounting between $5 and $100. I clicked the link because I was curious and was interested in more merchandise. However, I had reservations because still no update on prior shipments. I decided to search the company because things just seemed off and I wondered if I was getting scammed. Turns out I was smh. I can’t believe someone would use the name of Jesus to scam!! Blasphemy!

I made a purchase nearly 3 weeks ago, and received an email with a tracking number however the post office never received my package and I have reached out via Instagram, Ambassador Chat, email, etc and have not received a response! I spent $70 and have not gotten my money back nor received my product. This company is not abiding by their policy times and scamming everyone under the guise they are a Christian company and not responding to customers. Stay away from this company!!

They did not send my package. They stole my money and they have not replied to any emails.

As a Christian and seeing this brand all over my socials, I decided to give this brand a try on my birthday. I purchase the following; Seek Jesus Brown Hoodie - 2XL, Made By Heaven Cream Hoodie - XL, 1 Random T-shirt - XL (there was a current deal they were running when you purchased)., And lastly, Seek Jesus Brown T-shirt - S.
First off, the description and specific size of each item was unnecessary to include in this review. However, this was one questionable flag that should’ve been made attention on my behalf. Via, the Shop app, my preferred size L or XL was not consistent amongst these four items.
Which brings me to my next point, I emailed the support email on February 23rd. I received a response on the following day, the 24th. Lauren replied that both the hoodies I had ordered, were OVERSOLD. That pieced the puzzle as to why multiple sizes had to be picked due to most sizes being sold out. I understand that some sizes/design/clothing option are more popular than others. However, a huge delay in restocking and especially overselling is detrimental. As you can imagine, after spending $200 in total, I have yet to get a response back or a legit shipping update via. USPS.

Now keep in mind this company is run by two people, however regardless the labor/interactions, AscendWood does a far better job.

I have since reached out again but I will be contacting my back for chargebacks if I do not receive a response.

They just got me last week. Spent almost 200 dollars no items paid for expedited shipping. Live and Learn

I ordered a crew neck sweater and was promised an affiliate code to share so whoever buys with my link can get 15% off there order. However after sending many messages on helping to re-log into my "affiliate account"(BEEN A MONTH) i have received NO feedback on HOW to obtain this code. SO basically they got a sale from me, and I am left with a nice sweater. My first experience with trying to be an "affiliate" has been smashed lol. I thought I could trust a company called "SEEK JESUS" guess not all well we live n learn!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughter placed on order as an “ambassador” and was excited to get a new hoodie and t-shirt…she even paid expedited shipping. Here we are 20 days later, no item - no shipment, no reply from several emails and DM’s. I am filing a report with our bank. VERY disappointed!

Horrible company!!!

Placed an order received shipping and tracking. Package never arrived. Tracked the number it showed still awaiting item. It was never shipped. There is no phone number to contact I sent 5 email, Facebook message and submitted a PayPal claim. After 3 weeks they responded the item was out of stock, I ask how when they sent a tracking and shipping number and the item still showed available online. They will not answer. I’m still waiting on a refund!!!

Scam company !!!!

Same complaint as all the others. Placed an order. Received confirmation and a shipping confirmation. But the item never shipped and no one will respond to my emails, FB messages or direct messages on Instagram. This company needs to be investigated and soon. They are ripping off so many people.

I ordered an overpriced hoodie for $90 a month ago and have yet to receive my order. I emailed them to find out where it was and their response was “sorry, we ran out of the color you ordered.” ?????

I’ve since then texted, emailed, and messaged them on instagram with no response - but they have the time to text and email me daily about “discounts”. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, IT’S A SCAM.

Super disappointing for a “christian” company. Do yourself a favor, save your money and find a reputable christian company to support.

So i ordered a hoodie as an affiliate in mid november. When i didnt receive it in less than a month i was like okay, theyre a small business, its fine. but it is now the end of january, and i have yet to see the hoodie i paid over $70 for. On top of that, I have tried to contact them numerous times, and i havent gotten any response.

Clothing is fine. But I'm trying to make a return for over a few weeks now and emailed, messaged, and dm'd trying to get ahold of someone but no one has reached back out. Very disappointed in their customer service. There is plenty of other Christian brands I would rather support.
