I purchased three items about a month ago and spent about 70 dollars. I never got my items and have been robbed $70 because of it. I have sent countless kind emails asking to cancel my orders and get no response along with emails that my email cant be sent to them. Very dissapointing that a "Christian" company not only has zero customer service but is also a complete scam.

They can spam me with emails and texts saying I haven't placed an order yet, even when I have, and yet not respond to emails regarding where my order was at. I finally did receive my order, and it is awful quality for the price I paid. I DO NOT recommend this company at all.

If I could leave negative stars - I would. They sent the wrong jackets, I paid for 2 matching jackets for my husband and I and got 2 opposite jackets. I’ve emailed them 5 times now, all of a sudden their email address doesn’t work or receive emails but it’s all over their site.
Find another Christian company with ethical and touching Christ like morals, this company isn’t it.

If I could put no stars I would! I ordered from this company in the past and had no issues. Fast forward to current and I am extremely disappointed. I ordered over $200 worth of merchandise back in November 2022. My order was suppose to be a Christmas gift for my older son. It’s my now January and I have not received anything. I emailed customer service in December and was told they were overwhelmed with orders and my items would be shipped out asap. A shipping label was created but never shipped. I tried to reach out recently and their email is no longer Valid. Such crooks! Using the Lords name to scam people out of money!

I had ordered in the past (4 separate orders) and had no issues. I ordered over Black Friday and here it is January 4th and I still do not have my 2 hoodies and I have sent about 6 emails and they won’t reply. The tracking info shows the post office is still waiting to receive the package. I am so disappointed. Very disappointing as I had several good experiences with them in the past.

I am completely surprised to have received my 2 hoodies in the mail today. It took over 3 months and I never got a response to my emails but I want to update my review so people will know I did eventually receive my order. Like I have said, I had ordered in the past and never had a problem receiving my order and the quality was good. Not sure what happened over Black Friday but I am happy to see they honored my order. Hopefully they will get better at communicating when they have issues.

Paid almost 200.00 and they "shipped" my order but never handed it over to usps. Have been trying to get in touch with them for 2 weeks NO REPLY!

This company is a scam! You will order and will get nothing! Then they will ghost you, no response to any emails and no contact information other than an email. Horrible company!

Shipped right item... but in wrong color and wrong size. Ordered a black Seek Jesus hoodie in size M. Recipient was shipped a green hoodie in size 2XL. Never received any communication regarding a change in the order. This was to be a Christmas gift. On 12/15 got an email the order was being prepared to be shipped. Was delivered 3 days after Christmas 12/28.

I ordered 200$ worth of clothes from them on Black Friday….it is now December 29th and the clothes have not even shipped yet. They read my DMs and don’t respond. I’ve been asking for a refund and they’re ignoring me. Horrible experience.

I’m in agreement with the poor reviews! Made a large purchase over a month ago, have not received my order. I’ve emailed multiple times with no help & unfortunately my last resort seems to be leaving a bad review.
Update: I finally received my order 6 weeks later and an item was missing. They still haven’t returned my messages.

ATTENTION: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I wish I read the reviews before I purchased from this company and if I could give zero stars I would! I ordered a crew neck sweatshirt in November and received an email/text a few days after my purchase saying my item was shipped. I have checked the tracking number everyday since my purchase but I get the same message “Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item.” I reached out to them multiple times and I have yet to hear from anyone. It seems as if everyone has had this same problem. I don’t see how you can relay a positive message through your brand but be the complete opposite of what you represent!!!

I just want to confirm what everyone else is saying. I wish I read the reviews before I purchased 😔 I purchased a hoodie and a bracelet. I received a tracking number, but when I check on USPS it says they have not received the package to ship. I was told they had to restock and I would receive my purchase when they did. When I requested a refund I was told that the order had been filled and I could not get a refund.

I’m so upset.
Scam lost over 150.00. For my kids Christmas. How do they sleep at night.
Don’t buy trust me. Run!

I ordered in April of 2022 and still haven’t received or heard from a response either(November)! I can’t find a phone number to call

I brought three items from them and not one item has been received. I purchased these items in March 2022, messaged them on Insta and sent them an email asking them to confirm where my items are but they replied a week later saying it’s on it way….so I thought I will wait and give it time but it’s already been a month and two weeks out so I thought okay give it more time because of Covid I knew it might take a little longer.

3 months down still nothing, messaged them back and they finally sent through a tracking link of my item and when I opened the link it says it’s still in Chicago….

I Messaged them again asking for some help because it says it’s been in Chicago since 16th May 2022 and they replied a week later saying “it’s in transit and it’s no longer in our hands. International shipping is a lot longer than normal and we are located in Florida.” - this was a complete joke to me because it had been 5months already with no consistent update or an apology from them of my package. Instead they blamed it on distance.

I love their brand and what they stand for but this has to be the worse customer service I’ve ever dealt with.
It’s now the 29th of October 2022 and still haven’t received anything 👎🏾

FYI - I’ve purchased items from Florida before and across the world and this is the first international purchase that failed to come through.

I signed up to be a brand ambassador but felt something was wrong. All the red flags of a scam are there: they continually sent me emails with discount codes, their products are way overpriced, and I’m the one being asked to pay money on their products to promote! I ended up not buying anything. Their designs aren't really designs- just text slapped on a sweatshirt. Plenty of articles online that talk about seeing scams and this has a lot of red flags.

Not sure why people think the company is a scam. They reached out to me for their ambassador program, I ordered and received my sweaters and they were better quality than I imagined. Love their products.

These folks are liars! They will give you a fake tracking number but your item will never ship! You will reach out to them and you won’t hear anything back!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE LIARS, VIPERS, THESE THIEVES!!!! I filed a complaint on them through the BBB in Jacksonville, Florida! I’ll get in touch with their mayor if I have too! This will end. They are using the lords name on vain and that’s terribly, horrible wrong!!! Do not buy from this company!!!!

I too fell for this scam. The product perfectly fits my style and my favorite Bible verse. I applied for the ambassadorship, ordered product with a small discount as required to become an ambassador, received a tracking number a few days later, and then nothing was traceable after that. It said that the label was created… for months! I contacted them via email with no response. I tried IG and they promised that they would send it out that Wednesday and that they were having inventory issues that had to be straightened out. I waited an ample amount of time and still nothing. I tried to reach out again numerous times with no response. The only time I was able to get their attention was by commenting on their IG posts about what a scam their company is. They would answer me and delete the comment. After months of going back and forth in this manner, they refunded me for the order. They had excuse after excuse and lie after lie. It’s such a shame that a company “representing” Jesus is malicious and has such poor ethics. Save yourself the frustration, don’t give them your money or business, and shut them down!!
