Since my first meeting with David Jacob’s in the showroom, everything has gone according to schedule, responses to questions received quickly and comprehensively.

Surveyor David Pratt came when expected, very experienced and was able to give us plenty of confidence in the process and timescale.

The two windows (one on the 2nd floor of a 3 storey, one in the ground floor kitchen) fitted by John and Paul. Arrived soon after 8am and left around 6pm working solidly throughout the day. Did a first class job, tidied up after themselves and were polite and courteous.

Everyone we had corresponded with at SEH (including Kim and Stacey) were excellent and had a great customer manner.

I had a large kitchen extension built on the back of my bungalow,I saw a similar shaped building in the Ipswich showroom and I knew that’s what I wanted. Martin came round and did the quotation, it seemed a lot at the time but I’m a great believer in you get what you pay for. It was good to have two project managers coming to the site to make sure everything was going smoothly, Cliff and Kev were on the ball and the building work started earlier than I was told but that was no problem as I knew it would be finished before the winter. The foundations and base work were soon done, Bradley, Mitchell, Charlie and Taylor were there every day, punctual and friendly. The existing bit of extension was soon demolished by Daniel and Joel, who then put the building together. The work that went into that was incredible, the building materials were excellent quality, insulation was amazing. Zak came to do the electrics, he is an excellent electrician, gave me advice on where things should go. Plastering next, Mick and Callum were excellent plasterers. Chris and Tom did most of the finishing off and were always there for anything that needed sorting and are excellent tradesman.
I can’t thank all these tradesmen enough for all their hard work and skills.
I can honestly say I had no stress and problems from start to finish, I’ve never had any building work done before so I was a bit apprehensive at first but having SEH BAC do the whole job was the best decision I made. I absolutely love my extension it’s everything I ever wanted.

Gavin the SEH fitter was very curtious and efficent. he was a tidy worker and fitted a new external door and surround in my kitchen. There was no damage to existing decor and the new door is excellant.

Friendly informative when asked anything.

I’ve given it about a year before doing this review because I wanted to see how things went with my front door. SEH give the best service before and after you purchase and I would not go anywhere else in Ipswich. They offer a wide range of styles, if you’re not sure they will give you honest advice. Everything is installed to the highest standard, and if you have questions they are always happy to help.

What a friendly reliable service. From first call to fitting the windows all done with care. The fitters were on time, friendly and tidy. Would be happy to recommend them .

Great all round. From salesman to installation by Gavin, we were pleased from start to finish. Highly recommended.

A temporary fix. Stuart made a temporary fix with the window so we did not freeze in the colder weeks which was much appreciated, as we had to wait 3 months for the ful repair to be carried out.

We had the windows and 2 doors for our detached house completely replaced this month, we were initially not looking forward to getting quotes, installation etc but from the very start during the quoting process, to follow up calls, to information provided both electronically and also in the post I was incredibly impressed with the knowledge and professionalism at every point of contact. Paul and Tommy the fitters were exemplary, incredibly hardworking and thorough, very professional and polite, working quickly and , always clearing up and checking in with us at each stage to let us know what was happening. The work was undertaken quicker than we anticipated and the finish is astounding, we had 27 year old wooden windows that had seen better days and our house now looks like a new build! The finish and quality is amazing and a couple of really tiny snagging issues were dealt with within 24 hours. A big thanks again the Paul and Tommy for their hard work, especially during cold and wet weather, they made the process so much easier than I thought it would be and I would not hesitate at all to recommend SEHBAC to friends and family.

Excellent workmanship really pleased with the standard of work.Cleaned up all mess and left area tidy.
