SEK have been our company training provider for 3 years now and we have no plans to change this! The team are friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. Their trainers/tutors have delivered all mandatory training for the Health & Social Care sector to our team along with delivering the Health and Social Care Diploma in our workplace setting. Their support has been fantastic over the years and we trust them completely with the CPD of our team. Highly recommended for both small teams and large teams that may require bespoke options in their training.
The feedback from the care workers was that the training was good and they learned a few new things and helped to reaffirm a few others. Also when I spoke to Angie on a few occasions, she was very pleasant and well informed. I wouldn't hesitate to use your company again in future when I need to book more training.
I attended a one day GDPR training course, which was delivered in a very professional manner. David Shaw, the trainer, made a less than interesting and complex subject more enjoyable with his witty delivery, engaging the large group in on going discussions throughout which was both helpful and informative. He also was more than willing to answer one on one questions at the end and during breaks.
I would highly recommend this course to anyone, as it has made this difficult subject more understandable and provided us with a comprehensive workbook to plan what is needed within our individual businesses.
I attended the GDPR training through SEK and I really was impressed. The trainer David Shaw made a very dull and worrying (with the amount of work we need to do!) subject into an engaging one. The day gave me confidence that I can DO this!!! Just need to allocate the time.
The training also gave me a clearer framework as to what I need to be doing so I`m very grateful to SEK for putting on this day, otherwise I was about to travel to Birmingham from Dover!
I would recommend any organisation to attend, as the GDPR regulations affect all of us who are handling any data. Even if you just hold a mailing list - you need to know what your responsibility is under the new framework.
Very thorough and well delivered course. I came away feeling much more confident about how we, as an organisation, are going to manage the new regulation, so well worth attending.
Great training, reasonable prices and helpful staff, thank you!
We recently had a day of bespoke training on Safeguarding Children and First Aid. The training was delivered by Mel who was an excellent trainer - very knowledgeable and engaging. It was tailored to the level that we needed and covered all the specific areas that raised at the beginning of the day. The feedback from all who attended was excellent and all felt that Mel was a great trainer and we had learned a lot. The process of booking the course through Jamie was very easy and we would definitely use SEK again.
Mental Health Awareness and Drug & Alcohol Awareness training.
I booked a bespoke course for our volunteers which was held in our building and my rating relates to the overall experience which was very good.
Jamie was very helpful when I was deciding on courses sending information and helping me arrange the training days.
Mel the trainer was exceptional. She tailored the content to what volunteers in our organisation needed to know and very obviously had a wealth of experience in both subjects, she was really engaging and the volunteers all learned a lot (as did I).
The only minor point I would raise is that, I feel for bespoke courses like ours, a little more communication beforehand regarding specific tailoring and what resources the trainer would need on the day would be really helpful.
I would definitely recommend SEK as training providers and will be very happy to use them again in the future.

The service was recommended to me for training purposes, the gentleman i spoke to was not just polite but extremely helpful, i also had to change the date a few weeks later and that did not give him any issues at all, infact made me feel as though i had known him for years, the trainer offered again was with us for a complete day and we all learned a great deal.
I not only would recommend this service but most defiantly use them again thank you
This is a great course with excellent thought provoking content delivered by a very knowledgeable trainer that showed a real passion for the subject matter.
Our staff that attended this course have all said that they would thoroughly recommend it to others.
Thank you SEK; from ease of booking to post course interest in our opinion of training, I'm sure we will be booking again with you soon
Spent 2 days on L3 Paediatric First Aid at Work course at The Links in Herne Bay this week. Angie, our trainer was amazing at what she does, we were all engaged in learning, had lots of good conversation as well and lots of laughter which I find is important.
Thank you Angie for a great job. I am sure I speak for all of us as we all had same opinion on you :-)

I have completed a computer course with SEK, apparently I will pass but after only four sessions, I still am unsure of how to use a computer. (I have been helped to even do this feedback with someone elses email address.
The job centre now think I can use a computer when I cant and I have been threatened with a sanction if I do not sort out my Universal account. I feel this is fraud to get students through a course.

I recently attended the 1 day IOSH which I found very informative and interesting.
The course was also interactive throughout which made it fun.
The trainer was very knowledgeable, helpful and put everyone at ease.
I would highly recommend this course and company.
I attended the 3 day IOSH Course. Angie (the trainer) tailored the course to the participants allowing plenty of time to explore real situations. It is the best H & S course I have attended, I now feel equipped and confident to manage this in my workplace.
Angie made a pretty serious subject fun and accessible!
We booked a 1 day first aid training course with SEK following a recommendation and the whole experience has been excellent from start to finish. Jamie made the whole booking and organising process painless and was very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Angie the course leader was excellent , friendly, inspiring and had a thorough knowledge of her subject and was able to engage all of us completely. The course was well paced, with great course materials and even the thought of a test at the end of the day didn't scare us after our time with Angie and we all passed with flying colours . Would highly recommend this company to anyone
Crossroads Care Kent - Training with Mel
Excellent Managing Conflict training workshop with Mel earlier this month. She was very switched on and got the tone of the training our group needed just right. Very good feedback from all who attended. Many thanks
I am writing on behalf of a family who were recently given some up-dated training by Angie in their home with themselves and the carers of their daughter. The family commented on what a good job Angie did and, in particular they felt that the initial ‘test’ was excellent (although everyone felt a little daunted at the prospect). They also said that the learning around safeguarding was most helpful as well as enlightening and the manner in which you discussed this with everyone was very thoughtful. All in all a very good job and always helpful for me to hear as I'm always recommending you.
Great courses!
After attending a number of different courses I have been very impressed by the available training from Compliance such as first aid to management courses. Thank you SEK.
Effective accredited first aid training from Angie - thank you!

The medication course that we took was excellent, we were taught things that we did not know or have no knowledge off. The tutor explained in a way that we all understood. After the course we were able to go back to GP surgery and ask question about certain client and their medication. I would highly recommend this course.
