Excellent First Aid training delivered in a very professional manner. Angie was very thorough and I would highly recommend SEK.

Very thorough and well delivered course. A shame their are no facilities for lunch and the parking was slightly unclear so we got blocked in. Very good training course though!

Excellent Excel training, informative and well delivered.

We are a new company and found the support given by Jamie and the team at SEK absolutely first class. We booked the moving & handling training for our staff which was led by the trainer Mel. Two of my colleagues recently attended a first aid course in Herne Bay, their feedback was so positive that we all want to attend! They felt that the learning acquired was excellent and conducted in a friendly environment. A thoroughly useful and enjoyable day.

Being a complete novice in Excel I attended the SEK basic Excel course.
By the end of the morning I could do basic functions and formulas.
The tutor was very good and the class was a small group which allowed plenty of time to ask questions and get support with problems.
I would thoroughly recommend this course and SEK to other Novices like me.

I thought Angie our course leader was excellent. She delivered the course at a pace that we were all happy with and her knowledge of the subject was sound. She put us all at ease and made us feel confident in our own abilities. We learned a lot over the two days.

Friendly, expert training with all questions answered fully. Good sized group in air-conditioned room. Training length spot on.

The whole experience was great from initial booking, to the training and follow up. SEK were easy to book through, incredibly accommodating and helpful - even suggesting the most cost effective way to book so we booked a bespoke first aid course. The trainer was very knowledgeable and feedback from staff was that they all felt so much more confident with emergency first aid than when they started. We will definitely use SEK again for our future training needs.

Effective Communication

Myself and a colleague attending this SEK course and we were incredibly pleased with the energy and enthusiasm of the trainer Ana. The course was full of content and was paced really well throughout the day. The venue is easy to find and very comfortable adding to the excellence of the day.

Our experience in using the Pebble Room for interviewing purposes was excellent: from being met and greeted, and being made comfortable to the unexpected additional service of taking care of our interviewees and providing a photocopy service for the DBS evidence................... we wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys. Have attended a number of management courses at SEK and also had mental health awareness training with a visiting trainer at our workplace. All the trainers were very knowledgeable and professional and made the courses interactive and interesting. I will now be able to put my new skills into practice in my new job role

The Powerpoint course was very helpful and informative. This was the first time our Company have used SEK and will definitely be using them again.

Location is very easy to get to with ample parking.
