Honestly, 1 star is too much. Purchased from them on the 20th November and have still to receive a VAT invoice. Chased on numerous occasions via email and telephone but Lorraine in accounts can clearly not be bothered to send out a VAT invoice.
Just pitiful service.
Order placed on 30/11/2023 for 2 boxes of Daz Professional Washing Powder at a cost of £70+. To date the order has not been received despite the money being taken from my account. Unable to speak to anyone on the phone,2 messages sent through the website with no response, email sent which could not be delivered. I would give 0 stars if I could. I would not order with these again.
Poor service & lack of communication, never answer call nor reply email. So ignorant company. Delivery took 3 weeks .
