Awesome Blinds

The ordering process was so easy, choosing a color was the only hard part! Installing the blinds took minutes and they look amazing! Definitely high quality and made to last. I especially like the omition of the cord to raise/lower the blinds but the real wood really completes the picture! I also like the room darkening effect, even with the lighter color (Bamboo). I did however tint the window first because it gets full sun late in the day. They seemed a little pricey but they're worth every penny once you see the finished product. On site discounts make a huge difference but I was able to find a 50% off discount code. I'm very happy with my purchase and will definitely be back...I have a lot more windows!

Product was faulty, no refund or return

Product was faulty, SelectBlinds then refused any replacement or refund on the basis the blinds were custom made. While they were made to order, that does not absolve the company of responsibility to stand behind their product. Terrible quality, terrible customer service

Update - as far as your reply, your customer service team has been dealing with this for 5 weeks. Interesting that you are now responsive and accommodating when my review is published. Feel free to reach out to me but I am done chasing you for any kind of accountability

Perfect experience start to finish!

Wow, wonderful experience start to finish. Easy instructions for ordering. Great customer service on the phone when I had questions. They went ahead and finished my order on the phone after my question. Product arrived in time. Perfect size, color. Installation was easy. We had it up in 10 minutes. Love it! Highly recommend this company. We’ll be ordering more.

USELESS “CUSTOMER SERVICE”

We loved Select Blinds until our third order, which was blinds that showed up with the material missing from the end caps. It took a month, but a customer service rep agreed to remake the blinds. Two more months went by and the blinds never showed up. When I called, I was told that the blinds would not, in fact, be remade and that they are supposed to have bare wood showing and no material on the ends. Really. The rep refused to elevate the call and could not explain why I was promised remade blinds by a different rep. He refused to elevate the call or help in any way. I will NEVER do business with them again.

Quick Delivery, Great Quality, Easy to Install

The ordering process was very easy with simple instructions to ensure the right fit. Delivery was very quick, taking less than a week. The installation was straightforward, and they went up quickly. The quality is great! Needed the blackout effect for a daytime sleeper, which works beautifully. And all this at a really good price!

Never buy from this company

What a horrible experience this has been. I ordered 2 cordless blackout shades for our master bedroom windows. They arrived in a timely fashion, but one shade would not pull down all the way. I contacted customer service via phone. It sounded like the customer service rep was in a roomful of people because at times I could hear other people louder than him. He told me to send him a photo, which I did, and he said he would send it to the production team. A day later they requested a video, which I sent. They said it had to go to another department and it has been 4 days and I have not heard a word. I will never buy from this company again.

Great product

The actual staff at Select Blinds are very knowledgeable and helpful. The blinds are well made and fit perfectly. I really dislike the useless and annoying third-party “customer service” and AI, both were a hindrance.
