My agent worked hard finding the right plan for me

I'm in Ireland and have zero use for their service, however they're spamming me with updates and surveys because apparently someone gave them my email and they don't make any effort to verify. Because they refuse to accept contacts from outside USA, and even their website doesn't work from here, I have no way to contact them. This is unacceptable and illegal.

Edited 02 June 2026 07:54pm: Their response of "thank you for the feedback" shows they don't particularly care if they're breaking the law or not. Spamming is illegal in Europe and all contact details even when used by US companies must be verified.

Andrew was great at signing me up on a plan I’ve been trying to sign up myself for the last ten years. In one phone call he got everything I needed and signed me up for the plan I want and need. He is very well informed on the products and services yall provide.

I've ask questions and got answers that I needed

The people who were patient and carrying. Everyone took the time to explain and help me find the right plan.

great explanations to questions facts and figures. got me many services i was missing out on. and they were services i needed and wanted THANK YOU ALL

She was upfront with everything

I was delaying my inquiries into an updated healthcare plan because of the perceived hassles. I feel stupid now because my conversation with my Direct Quote agent was more like talking with a friend. I was able to get a better healthcare plan that covers things I needed and didn’t realize was even covered. I should have called sooner and the things I dreaded the most didn’t even happen. I wasn’t pressured to buy or do anything I didn’t want to do.

Calls from SelectQuote need to be identified as such as they ring. I received calls from several different numbers telling me that my medicare had not been updated. Because In today's world there is such a high potential for calls to be a scam i called HealthSpring customer service to ask questions. They in turn connected me with Joseph Rethmeyer who was very helpful and positive explaining what SelectQuote does. So my issue is not with Joseph but the manner in which Select Quotes reaches out to folks.

My experience was great because you answered all of my questions and more. Most of the agents are very knowledgeable and generally want to help. Anyone that I know that needs help in the future with choosing a plan I will definitely give them your number. Thank you so much. The lady that was so helpful getting me a plan her name is Morgan Durham, but the lady that called me this morning I'm sorry to say that I did not write down her name, but her and and this other young man was nice and helpful too.
