Hi, I was fortunate enough to speak to such a lovely, professional and friendly advisor today. Really the service was behond my expectations. Phoebe is accurate, clear, polite, reassures and answers all queston or concerns. I also got help to set with British Gaz and further information about how to move in wisely by choosing reliable providers. I am french so I needed guidance from someone patient, clear and understanding.

The best customer service I have received from an energy company from a very special kind hearted soul I believe to be names Danijela Car. Cool surname btw:) with a fantastic customer service experience, spoke to a few foreign customer service advisors but none fit in her category. Great laugh and very patient as well on the phone. Any company ceo should feel lucky to have such a great employee. I know I would. Best of luck!

Absolute scam with EDF - switching clueless people and acting as if they were the supplier. This needs to stop, will be going to ombudsman, just you watchh.

Spoke to a lovely gentleman called Dean bryne through selecetra regarding the cost of my prepayment meter he was very helpful took time to explain different options that are available to me and got me a much cheaper deal would rate 5 star and would use this company again
