Very impressed with the delivery date accuracy, the level of communication, & quality of customer service. Every aspect of the purchase went smoothly. Considering making a YouTube video about this because there’s not enough good info out there on where to purchase from. Either way, I highly recommend Select Saunas.

Alex made ordering our sauna a breeze! He was always responsive through email and calls and got back to us immediately the following morning when we called outside his hours. My wife and I are pretty nervous buyers usually (especially when dropping over $7K online, sight unseen, a first for us) We greatly appreciate the help and are looking forward to many a future sauna!

Select Saunas was transparent with their lead times straight from the manufacturer, informed us of other in-stock options and what was possible to get shipped directly. Ultimately we chose to place an order for a backordered Finnmark sauna. We appreciated the transparency when the ETA was changed from Finnmark. Chris and Alex were great giving us guidance and following up. Once it was at their warehouse everything went fast and smooth. About a week shipped to ND. Happy with everything so far.

Order and delivery went very smoothly. Queries answered promptly. One item was missing or lost from the order and was delivered quickly when I pointed it out. The barrel, when set up and in action, holds its own with an 8kw very well, looking forward to using it this winter. The driver and a neighbor helped us get the sauna pallet to our backyard.

Unsat delivery by TForce Freight. Shipped 7/16 to SLC. Received in Casper, WY on 7/19. I contacted TForce customer service on 7/22 and they promised delivery on 7/26. This did not happen so I contacted the MSO terminal on 7/29 and they could not get it on the truck for my delivery area on 7/30. They promised the shipment to be delivered on 8/2. Contacted MSO terminal and they did not know why shipment was not placed on truck for delivery today. Since Tuesdays and Fridays are the only days Bigfork is scheduled for deliveries, I am now supposed to receive delivery Tuesday, 8/6. 3 failures to deliver--poor delivery service!

Select Saunas made our purchase of the SaunaLife Woodburning Hot Tub so simple, and they had the best price.
The ordering and shipping was flawless. When it arrived, we had it placed and running in a day. It was well packaged and set up was easy.
The tub heats quickly and stays warm without much effort. I love that the steps and cover are included. The molded interior is comfortable and easy to wipe clean.
I highly recommend this hot tub. We fill it with spring water and it is chemical free.

Select Saunas service was fine, but still don't have my sauna delivered. Your LTL delivery service (TForce in Syracuse, NY) still has it sitting in their warehouse and hasn't delivered it yet.

Excellent communication from the sales team and prompt shipping! I had some issues getting the heater hooked up (my electrician’s mistake), but Alex was able to help me out and we had it up and running the next day!

Simple and easy to order you gave a straight answer on the delivery timeline. Best of all the price including backrests was the best deal online. Also, when I had a question, it was answer with email within a reasonable amount of time.

Seems like a common theme. I placed my order on March 2. 6-8 week deliver time frame. I have not heard any updates and its way past that time frame. I can not get a response vie email, phone, chat. Im starting to believe its a scam and they are keeping my money.

I placed an order with you almost a month ago and finally 2 weeks in I was told that the product I ordered would be out of stock until June. Knowing this, I agreed to switch to an “In stock” product and was told I would be followed up with the following week. None of this happened. I have yet to receive any communications after trying the chat feature on numerous occasions, calling, leaving messages, etc. It has been almost a month since I placed the order and still nothing.

Can someone please tell me what is going on? You have my money, but have given me no indication of the product being shipped out. I understand you being a small business and dealing with high demand but this is beyond unacceptable. I would be more than happy to change this review if someone will just communicate.

Great product with the best price around. Shipping was fast and everything arrived in perfect condition. It also arrived exactly as estimated during checkout. Only criticism would be that there was no communication between the order confirmation and the trucking company calling to schedule delivery several weeks later.

The lack of response is astounding. No live chat, returned emails, or phone calls. It’s quite unsettling when many customers are spending in excess of $10K on their purchase with no idea if and when they’ll actually receive it.
Lead times online are completely misstated. 3 weeks passed on a non-custom order and it’s still “preparing to ship” and no one returns messages on any communication platform to provide an update. Get the impression they’re shutting down shop.
Chris seems to respond to reviews doing damage control repeating poor excuses.
Don’t purchase from here.
