My last 10 cartons of Canadian Classic Kings were extremely dry and with tobacco falling out. Will be trying something else today hoping for better quality.
Tried new brand Canadian Silver, same experience. Done buying on this site.

Been shopping here for more than a year. At the beginning, the quality was awesome.

The last half a year, the quality is gone to shit. I bought 8 cartons of menthols. The packages were not sealed correctly, the tobacco in every pack is half dumped into the bottom of the pk. If a smoke is packed full it is so tight you can’t draw from it.

Besides that order, for sometime now, I’ve noticed the within the same package of smokes. One cigarette could taste normal, one could taste and smell like it was soaked in chemicals. Another could taste like menthol but barely. Sometimes I’ll puke smoking one cause that chemical taste is so pungent. I’ve started noticing those ones on first smell and just throw them away now.

I almost feel like it’s not regulated or inspected. Sometimes the additives are just soaking and sometimes their not. I’ve never experienced that purchasing from the gov’t.
I know it is a nasty habit, it’s expensive and slowly killing me. However, some the of the smokes from here make me feel sick and like I’m poisoning myself in a whole new way.

I no longer recommend this company.
It’s cheaper to buy individual packs than to by a carton.

The local reserve is selling for $30.
The only reason I still shop at this site is I have referral credit.

My last order had broken filters and cigarettes that weren't sealed properly.

they are fast but last couple of times very dry so hard to get a smoke out of them.

Very dry smokes with lots of tobacco falling out of bottom and very strong cause it’s so dry, package not air tight!

Their agent lied to me about my order and made me place a second order, promising next day shipping, but nothing happened.
Chatting with them gets me nowhere.
And they are not refunding my money.
Used to like them,even though almost half their cigarettes were defective, but that's it... I'm done with them, I had no problem waiting, but the fact that I was lied to, makes it really hard to trust them

Ordered rolled gold and they are all fake with tobacco that taste like hay and gerbil food. All cigarettes had a filter defect where they werent sealed properly and the cellophane wasnt sealed normally either. Dont buy from these guys they are just selling fakes

I'm a long time customer and always order Putter's Light king size. The quality was always good but the quality has gotten worse on my last few orders. The plastic wrap on the packages is not sealed properly and on my last order of four cartons on September 9th the cigarettes are dry and stale. I would not order their Putter's Light king size until their quality improves.

I have been a customer some 9 months at first the cigarettes were great but slowly the product quality is not there anymore my recent order not my last order I found they had not been rolled properly as the white paper did not go all the way around, my last order were DK's full and to be honest were garbage like sucking on air no flavour I hope they can solve these issues as I like dealing with them i would hate to switch companies

At first this company was great to use … I’m in Alberta I would order them before lunch Alberta time and I would get them in my mail box Monday evening by the latest.. since this spring this company has been HORRIBLE to deal with .. and Adam has to be the RUDEST person I ever had to speak to that deals with a company and the public I hope he loses his job … he deserves that .. they are charging $50 a carton plus the $15 to ship it …. I ordered the last carton on last Friday and my expected delivery date is THURSDAY why charge top notch shipping prices when I got to wait a week for it anyways.. if that’s the case do a basic $5-$6 charge for shipping considering ur customers got to wait longer anyways …. NOT only that but why one week I orders it and exactly 2 days later I’m receiving it other times I have to wait a FULL f*ucking week.. that to me has Nothing to do with Canada post I orders enough stuff online to know the difference….. and by the way I can get these same identical cartons of cigarettes locally for $30-35 a carton so why are they charging $50 plus $15 I’ll never know or the reason when u makes a purchase with this company on ur statement it Doesn’t say select smokes …. Where’s the taxes… I hope they gets caught

I just tried tried a new brand called Time Blue, nice light cigarette.. they were out of my regular brand…Nexus light king size.
I would definitely recommend these Time blue ones if someone is looking for a nice light cigarette.
