Absolutely loved my experience! The dress was beautiful, high quality, and looked exactly like the photos. Shipping was surprisingly fast, and customer service was super helpful and friendly. I'm 20 and pretty picky when shopping online, but this exceeded my expectations. Would definitely order again!
The dress I ordered arrived in very, very poor quality. Everything about it was wrong—the fabric felt cheap, and both the length and size were completely off. It looked nothing like the high-quality item shown in the pictures.
To make matters worse, they refused to let me return the dress. Instead, they only offered a partial 50% refund. Communication was incredibly difficult, and they completely ignored my reasons for being dissatisfied. Save your money and avoid this shop!
