I love self very much it has been so…

I love self very much it has been so extremely helpful with getting my credit from a zero to where I’m at now with a 680 or something! Only issue I have had recently is someone stole my card and made a bunch of purchases and self gave the credit back but then took it away again and said that I gave permission for each purchase which is not at all correct. So that has been really frustrating to deal with and now I have all this money I have to pay back that I didn’t even spend… so that’s why I gave a 4 for rating. Everything else has been fantastic though!

I have used Self for a few years now…

I have used Self for a few years now and just finished my 2nd self credit builders account and now have almost a 650 credit score and a credit card with almost $1,000 limit. When I am able to open a 3rd self credit builders account I will.

If your looking to build credit this is a game changer.

Scam

Scam. Never signed up for this account They somehow got ahold of my bank account info and withdrew money, but I've never heard of them, never signed up, and they claim that don't have an account in my name. Scam, scam, scam.

I needed to make a transfer

I needed to make a transfer, ($18.00), your system only allows transfers of 25.00 or more, what if I don't have $25.00. This needs to be reviewed. You shouldn't be dictating how much a person transfers.

They took my money without issue on…

They took my money without issue on their credit builder program. Then they said the deposit "failed" and that the check they mailed me never reached me. Still have the same account to this day. Then, after there customer service app crashed 3 times and customer service hanging up on me the first time they are finally sending it up to the higher offices to review the reissuing of the $740 check of my money they still owe me, many months later. I guess all lenders are as shady as this, but still I do not recommend them.
