No communication is possible with self drive side

I did not get my rental car delivered and noone has contacted me for 2 days. I have no contact channel with self drive. No phone number on invoice, customer service number is only call-bot with limited options and no human is reachable. Self drive just got the money and disappered. There is a phone number which belongs to subcontractor rental company, on invoice. When I call them they say they are not the reponsible of the issue, when we rent a car from self drive they are providşng field service to self drive and they are just delivering cars regarding self drive booking.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever , they will book the car but when you reach the store to collect the car , the store which is plagued will say they have not received anything from self drive , even after payment and advance taken

I am very unsatisfied with your…

I am very unsatisfied with your services. I made a reservation for delivery, and the delivery time was 9am. Because of your services, I'm late for work. I called your customer service , but no one could give me an explanation since the car hasn't been delivered yet. The promise to call me after 15 minutes, not the driver or your customer service has not reached out to me to inform the reason for the delay. At this point, I regret booking with you guys. Have already used the metro to work so you guys should cancel the reservation and refund my money asap.

Worst Customer Service by Tyson.

This is the worst customer experience that you will get in spite of making the payment.
Tyson, the customer service representative was only active until the payment is made from my end and after that he just disappeared and when I came to the counter, they haven't received any booking it seems.
Never, ever book your vehicle through Self drive.
If I have the option to give negative rating, I would've done that..
Very very disappointed with the worst service if self drive.

Had a great experience renting a car…

Had a great experience renting a car from them. The process was smooth, the car was in excellent condition, and the staff was helpful and professional. I highly recommend renting from them for a hassle-free and pleasant experience.

Basit from the extension team was very…efficient and excellent service

Basit from the extension team was very efficient and on top of his game to extend my rental contract on short notice.Basit responded to my request before 9AM this morning and kept me well informed. I strongly recommend Self Drive to any one who needs an efficient , well organised and excellent Customer driven service for renting cars. Truly a top class team
