I signed up to use your facilities in June of this year. It was a very difficult situation personally. I appreciated the staff and their support at a time that I was frustrated and overwhelmed. Fortunately all work out in the best possible ways.

I’ve had a terrible experience at Self Storage 1- The customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. There’s no way to contact the office directly, instead I’ve had to call the phone number, leave a message, and wait around hoping for a call back. They’re uncommunicating and purposefully misleading. I’m still waiting for a response to confirm that they will stop charging me for a unit I moved out of months ago.

This is one of the best Storage facilities in Chicago. They really helped me, and make each process very simple. They showed me multiple units, and treated me with great service above and beyond. The whole team of women there are amazing. I had a bad experience there under the previous management, but they switched management a few years back and they have been truly spectacular. The fact that you can use the truck for free when renting a storage from them is wonderful.

Staff is always helpful, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to help.

The young lady that I speak to, is very respectful, kind, customer friendly, and patient. Although I can't see her, she seems to wear a smile whether she calls me, or I call her, she is always pleasant.

Excellent customer service! Everyone in the office was helpful and friendly. All emails were answered promptly. Communication was clear and to the point. Loved my experience. Will use Self Storage 1 again!

My experience with SS has been Good. I have been there for three years with history. Very helpful over the phone. Nice staff.

Husband ran off with the keys and never put me on the contract! Even though I pay for it and it’s all my stuff, and my email, company will not drill of lock!

Overall very good. However could sweep more often and I have experienced issues with the remote code when trying to access the elevator
